Experiencia fantástica: I visited my girlfriend from outta town and as a heavy lifter/bodybuilder, this place is awesome. Yeah, stuff is old but it works. Its the same equipment that has made chanpions on stage. Its dirty, lil rusty, but the people are a family and straight up. If you're looking for a hipster gym or somewhere to stand around n BS try GOLDS cuz this gym people DO WORK! Old school baby! And the price is fair. Dave the owner is easy going.

Experiencia fantástica: There are a lot of things I like about Hard Body. Here's some: -wrist and grip equipment no other gym has, best knee raise device anywhere, excellent calf raise machine, very friendly crowd, owner working on improvements. Family price is great. #1 - they were quick to open up during COVID allowing us to continue our gains. We had pretty much no weights at home. I guess the cast iron skillet and SCUBA tanks were it! Go there. You'll thank yourself.

Experiencia fantástica: I haven't been to this gym in years since I moved and I've been to a lot of gyms since but I think about hardbody fitness almost every time I'm in a gym because nothing else has come close in my opinion.

Very much appreciated the vibe of just a gym built for men and women that want to work hard and have the equipment to build muscle. Owner worked with a week rate and made it very simple. So glad I came here on our vacation.

Experiencia fantástica: I was seeking a gym during my week long stay at the beach. HardBody isn't fancy, but it is 5 minutes from our condo and it allows for 24 hr access. I signed up for one week and was given a card key to get into the facility. It had every piece of equipment. The equipment might be older but everything works just fine. The price was very affordable.

Experiencia fantástica: Old school frankengym. Nothing is new and most is older than me. This is a real gym where gains are made and immune systems are built. Place is amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: Trained here 3 times while visiting FWB. Not a fancy looking globo-gym. This is a solid gym for serious lifters or bodybuilders. Everything you need for a reasonable cost (10/day or 30/week). The owner David was a cool guy and easy to work with. You have to text him ahead of time so he can be there to let you in unless you get the week pass, in which case they give you a fob to unlock the door. Would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I am giving this place 5 stars because the owner was very helpful and understanding. I am only in town for a month and he was able to work something out with me without trying to gut me lol. The gym is a little dated but the selection is great and I don't have to wait for anything, even on busy nights. Pretty good atmosphere. Check them out.

Experiencia fantástica: Great "old-school" style gym. Owner is a pretty laid back guy, made it real easy to get a few weekend passes and I ultimately got a monthly membership. This isn't a cardio gym. Lots of weights and isolation machines. Nothing too fancy. Definitely works for me and would definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in the Fort Walton area just for a day, staying at the Hilton Inn, and I wanted to get a good workout in before my flight the next day. So, like most people nowadays, I did a quick google search for nearby gyms, and my attention quickly went towards Dave's retro style, 24 hour Hard Body Gym. This gym has all the equipment you'll need and then some including equipment you wish your newer gyms had. Not only does Dave have an exceptional gym, he is also very accommodating and a pleasure to communicate with. Normally, a guest past for a day costs 10$ and is often paid in cash. Well, I don't ever have cash on hand, so I almost just called it quits. However, after hearing about my situation, Dave generously offered to let me use his gym even though I didn't have a means to pay, wow. Thanks Dave!

Experiencia fantástica: Has the sense of an old school gym with unique Nautilus machines and free weights. Kinda gym you can smell sweat in the paint on the walls. Perfect for gym rats and the hardcore. No PC fluff, just hardcore pig iron. Best gym in town for ppl who like to build and develop muscle.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s a nice local owner gym with just about everything you need. I even got to meet the owner today and he’s a real nice guy. It’s not glitzy or glamorous; it’s a gym for people wanting to work out and that’s fine by me.

You know what I am talking about right? The ones with the matching color coordinated outfits, the ones wearing full make up. The guys with those little spandex pants under their color coordinated shorts and matching sneakers. Total posers who have been programmed by IG, with all the nonsense on that platform, but I digress. If that is what you are looking for, this AIN'T THE PLACE! If you are looking for hardcore guys and gals, who are there to train their a$$e$ off, then you have come to the right place! I have known Dave for well over a decade, and whenever I would come to town, I would call Dave up and he would take care of me for a week pass, or month pass, or however long I was in town. The place is serious, has a ton of different equipment so you can always change up your workout, so you can have a great workout, and the people are chill. You need to train at Hardbody if you are serious, and it's just that simple! Dave, love ya man, how have you been doing? Still going fishing all the time buddy? I will see you soon! L.
