Experiencia fantástica: I recently participated in my first class with OTF and did not know what to expect. If you have the opportunity, take these classes with coach Cam! There was never a moment that I felt out of place or unsure of what I was supposed to do thanks to Cam's top tier guidance. You can really tell how much he cares about his classes (at this point, he teaches at this location on Wednesday's only). I left my first class feeling so strong and optimistic about OTF.

Experiencia fantástica: the coaches push you (to a healthy extent of course) and encourage you constantly. because of this i’ve been able to run for much longer timespans than i used to. great music and environment! i’ve only been going for about a month now but i LOVE it! the coaches and staff make this a lovely and welcoming place for anyone and everyone!!
