Experiencia fantástica: LOVE IT!!! This Gym is an amazing place to be a part of. I have been a member for 7 years and every year the gym gets better and better. The people that work at Fit For Life are so kind and helpful and make you feel like you are part of a family. I can honestly say that the trainers are hands down the best I have ever met. Not only is the staff amazing, but the members are all so nice as well…pretty awesome. What I like the most is the diversity that this gym has. If you like body building, boxing, crossfit, free weights, cardio machines, resistance training, boot camp, or group classes then this place has all you need. They are kind and give you advice whenever you ask, and always lend a helping hand. My son is 7 and has grown up knowing everyone at the gym…he too will tell you that he loves his gym…On days that I do not work out my son always bugs me about going to the gym so that he can play with his friends in the Play care. Oh yeah, they have play care for your kids and guess what people IT DOESN’T COST EXTRA!!! I could go on and on about how much I LOVE my gym, but I would rather you come check it out for yourself than continue to read what I have to say. I swear you won’t regret joining this gym. Experiencia fantástica: I was recently staying in the Marriott at Overton Ridge and found out they have free guest passes for Fit 4 Life. I was hesitant at first to go here because I was expecting to see a bunch of treadmills and maybe some light dumbbells and no real equipment, boy was I wrong! The free weight section is fantastic with dumbbells up to 150 lbs along with every type of Hammer Strength equipment you can imagine. There is ample powerlifting equipment such as deadlift stands and they even provide chalk. Two smith machines, a squat rack and I think there are two power racks (can't remember). Fixed barbells and curl bars are plentiful and it is generally not crowded the times I went. I wish I had a gym like this by my house and look forward to the next time I have to work in Fort Worth so I can go here again.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Fit For Life. I got a taste for the place with a Groupon last summer and just couldn't stop! The gym is clean, the childcare is excellent and really adds value to the already low monthly fee. The trainers are fantastic and will take you as far as you want to go. And don't even get me started on the fitness classes! The instructors are truly amazing and make everyone from first timers to long-time members feel comfortable and confident. Shout out to Jennifer- the absolute BEST Zumba instructor in Fort Worth... it is worth trying the place out just to take one of her classes!

Experiencia fantástica: My first time to this gym with my husband was over the weekend. He's currently rehabbing from back surgery and the trainer he was paired with is awesome! He leaves there feeling like "Jell-O" every time. When you come in - greeted with a friendly face and smile and lots of equipment options to choose from. I will be back for myself and will recommend to others!

Experiencia positiva: The facility and the staff are very good and helpful. However...I had several reasons why I chose to close out and pay the remainder of my contract. 1. I was not offered any alternative to a year contract when I began. I know this is a very lucrative way for fitness centers to get guaranteed income from people who might never return after a few visits. Nonetheless I would have appreciated not having to ask about alternatives. 2. Having a sign on the front desk inviting anyone interested to participate in an "Exploring God' class to connect to the specific staff person interested in hosting it is so not ok. If I want religious conversation I will go to a religious community. I don't really want it at a fitness center. 3. A small detail though important is that the cost of a 24 hour pass to get into the facility is additional to the contract. I protested to staff and they gave me a free pass. As I noted above the staff and facility are good but some of the corporate practices seem a bit less than clear. I now go to the YMCA which has no religious materials, no requirement for a membership beyond month-to-month and has a community center feel to it.

Experiencia fantástica: I've had a very good experience here, a discounted sign up price at the moment. Trainers are fantastic, and the clientele is friendly and keeps to themselves.

Experiencia fantástica: I love my Shanea!!! They’re my second family. I practically live here. Everyone knows me and are always welcoming when I walk in. Shanea is my trainer and she’s the best!! I’ve lost inches and gained muscle and strength within the year I’ve been back with them.

Experiencia fantástica: I like the clean upbeat environment. Ken Stone as well as the trainers are readily available. They are friendly and knowledgeable in helping with any need. I feel safe arriving and leaving even before dawn with the the open window view. The employment is always watching out for the clients. A great place to start my day!
