Experiencia fantástica: I was encouraged by a friend to come and work out with her trainer initially I was skeptical, as I had plenty of workout instructors in the past with my military background. There is a major problem with personal trainers: they try to overwork you until you are exhausted without taking into account the most efficient and effective results, be it strength, endurance, etc. Thats where I feel Gym Evolution is different I had the best workout I had in a long time. Randol (Owner/Trainer) is an expert in the fitness industry. My workouts were intense and always slightly outside of my comfort zone. I pushed harder than I normally would, but I never felt that it was too much. Consistently, I was taught and encouraged! I loved that the gym culture was that everyone was there to improve together regardless of their skill level.

This gym made feel comfortable from the first day I walked in, i immediately signed up with know hesitation, if you looking for the family atmosphere this gym is where it’s at, everything from the owner down, also the trainers are excellent, my (trainer) Alton is first class in professionalism if your looking for one he’s the one !!

Experiencia fantástica: The absolute best gym in Fort Worth. From the first time I’ve walked in the door, the owner Randol or “Magnum” has been there with a smile and welcoming words. This place may look small, but don’t let it fool you. It’s got every piece of equipment you could ever need, and they’re constantly bringing new and improved pieces. The atmosphere is what really makes Gym Evolution though, as it feels like one big family every time you come in. I could write a novel about this place, but I’ll leave it at this: whether it’s your very first time setting foot in a gym or you’re a competitive bodybuilder, Gym Evolution is perfect for you and welcomes you.

The atmosphere at the gym is great and its filled with great, helpful and supportive staff/people. I was reluctant to hiring another personal trainer, I decided to reach out to Randol 3 years later I’m still with him, I even entered my first NPC show. Randol guided me and till this day still mentors me. I was very fortunate to place 1st place in my first competition. We’re currently working on a new & improved package to bring to our next show. What I love most about gym evolution is the diversity and skill level. You have people who are starting their journey, people who are in prep to compete and people who just want to stay active, In conclusion Lily and Randol are not just friends they are now family, I hold these 2 and Cairo (son) near and dear to my heart. Experiencia fantástica: Where do I begin my friend introduced me to Ran and it was the best decision ever! He will get you to where you want to be! I love how his gym is very welcoming/ family friendly. I feel comfortable coming in and out after a workout and your always meeting new people. He’s like a dad figure he will definitely listen to you and give you all your tools you need to succeed not only in the fitness atmosphere but also in life. I recommend this gym to anyone who is starting there journey or simply looking for a different place to workout. I have had 2 other gym memberships but nothing like gym evolution.

I’ve been here for about 8 months or so & really got serious, as people do, for the New Year Photos from 01/11 and 04/11 - My trainer, Felix, has been pivotal to my improvement! I love all the workouts that Felix prepares for me, some more than others He also helps me with diet, and encouragement/accountability - I’ve always worked out, what to eat has been more of my struggle. Also, Lily & Magnum, the owners, are the best! I HIGHLY recommend Gym Evolution & to train with Felix! I can’t say enough good things - my husband, son, and I love it here!!

Experiencia fantástica: I honestly love it here. The environment is filled with diverse athletic levels from beginners to pros body builders without the gym bro vibe. Theres a good amount and variety of equipment and I love the outside workout area! Drink selection has MY favorites and new ones to try with a few snack options. All trainers are willing to educate you and help you if you’re unsure of exercises so that you’re working out safely and efficiently even if you’re not their client. Everyone is extremely helpful. I train with Alton. Alton is very attentive, listens, and does not try to overload you all at once. This gym treats everyone like family and is very welcoming. From the facility, to the members, to the people who run the show Randal and Lily (who I absolutely love) everything is amazing! Come by and check it out!

He always takes time to stop and talk to everyone and coach them towards their goals. Great atmosphere and everyone that goes there is friendly.

That quickly went out the door as soon as I walked in. As soon as I walked through the doors everyone at the gym was so welcoming with smiles and they were all super nice. Randal and Lilly have been exceptional trainers, they have made me feel comfortable and have taught me a lot throughout my fitness journey. They push me into doing better than what I think I can do and In fitness you always need that.

I am in a wheelchair and The owners always make sure that I’m comfortable and taken care of.. they have energy drinks for purchase and protein shakes so it’s my one stop shop! Boss Magnum and crew has trained me for a few years and now have a place of their own. They are very knowledgeable with many different workouts to challenge you during your fitness journey! I have about 100lbs over the past 2- 3 years! This gym is very diverse and has a home away from home feel. This place is highly recommended, and I'm excited for your personal experience!

Everyone here is on the same page of being focused and supporting everyone who enters and exits the facility whether it’s your first time or you are a seasoned member, from beginning lifter to IFBB pro. This is by far the best gym I’ve ever been to with even better people frequenting it as well as the best staff that truly makes it a family environment.
