Experiencia fantástica: I always felt uncomfortable being in a place when I was sweating or making a grimace on my face lifting weights and there were men around. Here I can go to a gym with just women, and I can take classes if I want or I can have quiet time if I want all in a clean and cheerful setting. They have free childcare, they do services for the community including collecting clothes and food for those in need and having a Salvation Army Christmas tree where you can choose a child to help at Christmas. If you have SilverSneakers,you pay nothing and if you don't, it's only $20 a month. Best of all it's locally owned and the owner is often there at the gym. A great place!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of Fit Time since its beginning. There are so many classes offered and there’s a class for everybody. I love their Yoga classes. The gym is ALWAYS clean and the employees are so personable!!! I don’t go anywhere else for massages. Their masseuse are unbelievably talented and they offer a variety of massages. If you are looking for a gym where you are encouraged and lifted up, then FIT TIME should be your gym.

While the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and keep up with state of the art techniques to improve our health, the staff and other members give it a warm, hospitable, and inclusive feeling. Experiencia fantástica: I got a massage with Shelly. Awesome. Shelly had to work hard because it had been a while. She used the correct pressure and released all the muscle tension. This is an essential part of maintaining whole health - mind, body, spirit.

Experiencia fantástica: When I was looking for a gym about 10 years ago I made a point to visit all of them in town. I felt immediately comfortable at Fit-Time. They have a nice circuit room, cardio machines, bikes, treadmills and just about anything you would want. They also offer exercise classes that are free with your membership. The personal trainers are top notch as well. I love getting massages there and also using the infrared sauna. You can't go wrong with this gym!

Experiencia fantástica: I joined Fit Time last year after I retired and have really enjoyed it. I mostly use the circuit machines and treadmill. The equipment is well maintained and the gym is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the owner Diana is great - very community oriented and always doing things to make the members feel welcome. I plan to take advantage of the classes more this year, but did take a great stretching class with Rebecca - she was wonderful. There is a great comfort level for a 60 year old woman who is doing this for health reasons. I always enjoy talking to the other members, friendly vibe. Highly recommend, and I have belonged to two other gyms in Frankfort- this is the best!

Experiencia fantástica: I truly love Fit-Time for Women. This gym has everything - cardio machines, free weights, a great variety of weight machines, stretching implements and areas, group fitness, an infrared sauna, and a nice changing/shower area. Everything works (or gets fixed quickly) and everything is super, super clean. I've worked out in plenty of co-ed gyms and didn't think too much of it, and really joined Fit-Time because a friend suggested I check it out and I was super impressed by how clean it was and how nice their weight lifting equipment is. But now that I'm at a women-only gym, I really appreciate not having to deal with men constantly giving me advice or thinking the gym is about social hour. My daughter (now 3 1/2) has always loved going into their child care room. The child care room has a glass wall so you can always peek in on your child and they are always in a room viewable by others. The employees are all very nice and encouraging. It's also a woman-owned business. I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. I am really thankful it is in Frankfort and hope it is there forever!

All the staff is friendly and the place is always cleaned up. They put in a great deal of effort to make sure that their customers are happy and comfortable. They also take good care of my 1 year old and 3 year old. This will be my forever gym! Thank you!

Ladies only, nice variety of machines, free childcare AND free classes with membership yoga, core, etc. They have sauna, tanning and fitness trainers you can schedule with at an additional fee. Welcoming atmosphere and a great staff. I've been a member for many years and have lost a great deal of weight because of my attending this facility. Don't think about becoming a member, just do it! :)

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of Fit-Time for about ten years, and I average four to five days a week in the gym. Fit-Time offers so much, I don’t know where to begin. The quantity and quality of equipment are fantastic. I’ve never had to wait for a treadmill, elliptical, bicycle, etc. For a local , independently owned gym, the classes offered at Fit-Time are unbelievable. And Diana always has something special going on—from walks in the community to wine and yoga to chair volleyball. You name it and Diana is willing to give it a try. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Fit-Time gets an A+ on cleanliness, too. Very important. Thank you, Diana. I don’t know what I’d do without you and Fit-Time.

Experiencia fantástica: All the instructors of classes are very knowledgeable and professional. The classes are varied and appropriate for all ages. A safe, clean, non-judgemental, and friendly place to stay healthy. I love going there!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Fit Time for Women for 2 years now. It is a half hour away from my home. It is 45 minutes away from my work. But it is worth every minute. I have never been healthier in my life. My children LOVE the FREE child care they offer for while I am working out, the trainers are not at all pushy or look down their nose at anyone who walks in there. You have women on walkers who after a few months you can just watch how much easier it is for them to walk and be active. You have young fit girls running around and every type of woman in between. I love the owner, my trainer has helped me make amazing gains, and so I continue to drive that distance even though I have like 3 gyms right beside my office. Trust me. It is worth it. UPDATE 8/2/18 Still love everything about Fit-Time for Women. Everything. Owner, trainers, facility and all.
