Experiencia fantástica: The instructors come by during the workout to give you tips for safer and more effective movement which I appreciate. You can’t beat the price and flexibility of the punch card for boot camp . I love the option of being able to get my sweat on in the morning so there are no excuses! The other members are encouraging and welcoming. I’m considering trying their CrossFit program too so will report on that if I do!

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff that never fails to motivate, always has a sweat worthy workout planned and makes you want to come back. Very reasonably priced!!!! Everything to gain and nothing to lose but lbs!
