Experiencia fantástica: Great little facility! They have pretty much everything you'd need to get a good workout in as well as classes. Free weight section and even some kettlebells! Very Clean and I'm very satisfied!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, competent groupx instructors. Classes available at convenient times for cardio, strength, core and flexibility. Great floor equipment available. Pleasant environment to socialize over coffee between classes.

Experiencia fantástica: Frisco Family YMCA provides very clean environment, all required equipment for weight training, aerobic etc. Additionally, Yoga, Flex, dance, cycling classes are available for members with fixed membership fee, which is quite affordable. Staffs are very friendly. That is why we are member for last 5 years! Thanks.

Experiencia fantástica: The Frisco Family YMCA is a great place for families and people who want a community-focused fitness/wellness experience. I coached sports there for a few years, and after I learned about how much of a difference the Y makes, I decided to join the Board. This is a place where everybody is welcome. It’s clean and they will not turn anybody away, because they provide support for young athletes and families that may need it.

Experiencia fantástica: Rachel from HiFitness is amazing. It is truly a spiritual experience and makes you feel like you are part of a family. Every time I come out of the class I not only feel physically better but spiritually stronger.

Experiencia fantástica: Zumba here is always fun. Great instructors and peers in a high-energy environment.

Experiencia fantástica: Its a great facility - especially after their expansion. Many machines, large free weight section, everything is clean and the classes are amazing. Considering that the classes are rolled into your membership, it's a really good deal. The staff is warm and welcoming and the instructors are very knowledgeable and really care.

Experiencia fantástica: A great location. Selection of both machines and free weights is broad and varied. Place is kept deodorized and doesn't smell of most gyms. The class schedule is huge and the teachers are insanely friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: I like this place. My 3 yo runs to the kids club everyone we go. The ladies there are great with kids!
