Experiencia fantástica: I've been working out for almost 40 years and this is by far the best shape I've been in. I would recommend for both beginners through advanced. They are not cookie cutter and know exactly what to do. Very good at adjusting workouts. Extremely non judgemental and they really care. Best part next to everything else is that they are not that expensive especially considering the custom exercises. Try them out if you want to make a change. U will not regret it!

Steve and Jennifer will help you achieve your goals. They motivate and push you to do your best while emphasizing form and good habits over weight. The small group classes are limited to 8 people so everyone gets individualized attention while encouraging each other. I've also done personal training and nutrition plans with Steve and Jennifer. They care about their clients as people and are willing to go that extra mile to help you achieve success. You can't find this level of customer service at any other gym. Whether you have diet and/or fitness goals or just want a change in your routine, The BARbell won't disappoint. Highly recommend.

Then call and make an appointment. Take a group of friends. Send a group of your kids and their friends like I did. You will be pleased with the product you are paying for! Jennifer and Steve are great. They will take the time to learn about you. What your goals are, what your strengths are, what your weaknesses are, and help make you better.

If you're looking for a good alternative to working with a trainer in one of those big gyms who can't seem to find time to fit you in their schedule or you feel like just a number to them I suggest trying Jennifer and Steve. They are great people and have all of the equipment I need
