Experiencia fantástica: I like all of the windows and like that it’s on 2 floors, which gives you nice options to look up when you want to vary your workouts. They are one of the few gyms that still has the Jacoba ladder machine and skating machine. Very nice location and great classes. It’s great that there is garage parking for snowy days. You can get your parking ticket stamped at the front desk . But you have to move your car within 2 hours and then get a new ticket if you want a longer workout

Great gym, great machines and equipment, great sauna, and there's always enough weights and equipment at all times. Gym is always very clean. I would highly recommend.. I moved to the Maryland/DC area 5 years ago and this is by far my favorite gym!

They are open during the early morning hours also which helps me to do my workout before most of the people’s come in. They have provided cleaning equipments everyone so that everyone can clean the equipment before and after the use

Experiencia positiva: Good gym and good classes with a few bad apples. cancelled my membership due my social media accounts being harassed online. my issue: being harassed online by another member. this person kept making new accounts to harass me. . seeking help from staff: spoke to a Pt at the front desk named Michael, mentioned the issues I've been having. I was told other members had the same issue and told me he knew who the culprit was, had literal proof that it was that and yet he remains a member. Michael showed me how to make it harder for people to message or access my account really helped but he still persisted. notes were placed on my account my information was taken down for a manager to reach out. my results and reason for cancelling my membership: . no one reached out, i can only come in on certain days every time i did the manager was either unavailable or not there. i was told that the manager received information about the situation and that they are looking into another matter at hand. yet no one reached out

Experiencia fantástica: Conveniently located gym that had a ton of equipment that serious weight lifters will appreciate. The facility is taking extra precautions during COVID to ensure cleanliness. Ample amount of free weights, cardio machines (even stair climbers!) and TVs. The only things that are missing (perhaps due to COVID) are mats and resistance bands. Free weights go up to at least 150 lbs. Unlike the previous reviews, I think the safe are great. They don't get in your way but are friendly and recognize regulars.

Experiencia fantástica: I really like this gym. I have been going here for a few months and chose it after trying out many gyms in the area. I go here for the classes, which are great and never crowded. You don't need to preregister for them, just show up. The instructors are super helpful and make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly (which they can do because of the small class sizes). I really like the kids club, and it is only a $4 drop in fee. Also parking is great, the garage is right next door and they validate the first two hours.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym and the staff. I've been working out here with a personal trainer for over a year and have really enjoyed my time here. The staff have always been super nice, the trainers are personable and attentive to their clients, especially the trainer I worked with, Billal. The facilities themselves are good and it's location is very convenient for me as I live in the town square.

Experiencia fantástica: I mostly chose this gym because I live very close by and it has a kids club. I honestly can tell you the employees in this location are great. They are encouraging and really nice. The Zumba classes are awesome! The kids club employees are nice and can deal with the the crazyness the kids club sometimes gets. The sauna is a plus wish they had a steam room though. Overall I enjoy my workouts when I go there!

Experiencia fantástica: A little pricey, but well worth it. The place is kept well and the equipment is nice. I like that they have a sauna, and they validate your parking for two hours which is great. I bought an all access membership in downtown DC, and it works just fine here.
