Ben has really curated a great gym that tailors to powerlifters, bodybuilders, Olympic lifters and just general athletes who are serious about fitness. Highly recommend to anyone who is serious about fitness and is looking for a gym in Montgomery County. Ben, the owner is a great guy and is always polite, friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Pulled up to the shop and called the number on the door to schedule an appointment for a tour, Ben (the owner) picked up right away! We agreed to meet up the next day and I was floored with the machines and amenities available! The interior is most aesthetically appealing too! For everything they offer, the price is super attractive too! Ben was awesome to speak with, he answered all of my questions and also informed me about everything he'd like to add to his gym! I can't wait to see what he'll add next.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to BenAFits Body Shop for over a year now and it’s become family to me & my husband. The owner is attentive & caring for members and the faculty. It’s the perfect place to get your ultimate workout done! As a personal trainer myself I love bringing my clients here as well as doing my own workouts it’s the total package. Everyone is kind and helpful even the members help each other out. With 24 hour access it’s a perfect facility with great rates! The equipment is updated and state of the art. I highly recommend this gym to get you to your fitness goals!!
