Experiencia positiva: Berserker is really great for the strong man and weightlifting crowd. They have creative implements for working out with, such as atlas balls and sledge hammers. The gym is a bit on the small side but the 24 hour access helps solve the crowding issue.

Experiencia fantástica: Berserker is one of the best lifting environments in the valley. Surrounded with like minded individuals. I can almost guarantee you will gain 10-20 pounds of muscle. If not muscle you will make good friends.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym has reinvigorated my love of fitness and helped me overcome a significant knee issue and get back on track strength training. I actually was not very motivated to join this gym at first because it seemed very hard core, and at the time I didn't feel hard core due to my knee. What I found when we visited was they have an amazing physcial therapist onsite, Luke Phillips with Achilles Fitness Institute. That was my first step. He has really been instrumental in figuring out some other things going on outside of bad arthritis. This, coupled with the absolutely stellar environment when you are surrounded by other gym patrons that are motivated and helpful. The equipment at this gym is also hands down the best in terms of being able to do a wide variety of exercises for rehab and general training. It has been a game changer for me!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best gym in the treasure valley. Actually open 24/7, unlike most commercial gyms, with well kept equipment and all the strongman kit you could want to use. The gym owner regularly hosts strongman events, and the entire staff is friendly and very helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Berserker Strength and Conditioning has changed my life, when I first transferred over I was around 230 and 26 percent body fat. Jay Hagadorn (owner, and coach) has me in the best shape of my life, currently sitting right around ten percent body fat and about six months away from my first bodybuilding show. If you want a real gym, where real results happen, Berserker is that gym.

Experiencia fantástica: I was passing through Boise and I thought I'd pay the $10 one day admission. I love how functional and simple this place is. It's really a place just to get stronger, leaner and faster; Not a place to tan, eat pizza and gossip. A great example for all gyms really. If I lived in Boise I'd be here all the time.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this gym, it is a owned by a couple of great Christian guys. The staff, the trainers, and the members are all awesome. Everyone here is welcoming, friendly, and encouraging. This is a strongman gym that has championships coming out of it. If you are looking for a gym with a pool, spa, childcare, and froo froo stuff then this is not the gym for you. But if you are looking for a gym that has great people, strong values, and equipment that is taken care of then Berserker Strenghth and Condtioning is the perfect gym for you.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym in the Valley. There is so much variety in equipment anyone can find what they are looking for there. Staff is awesome and equipment is new and clean. Atmosphere is great and all the members are very welcoming and supportive of everyone regardless of sport or level of fitness. 24 hour access and specialized training 1 on 1 and classes available with extremely qualified trainers in a variety of disciplines.
