They take time to actually coach and correct form that I miss in a lot of boxes. The members are very welcoming and have a good mix of being competitive and easy going.

Experiencia fantástica: Was visiting from CA, Henry was kind enough to let me drop in. Super clean gym with solid equipment. The coach from the Friday 9am was cool enough to let me pick a corner and hit my workout. Will definitely be back next time I visit AZ

Experiencia fantástica: I joined CrossFit Perception About 6 months ago it was my first cross fit I have ever been to. I was extremely nervous. I went and met with Henry the owner just to watch a little bit of a class and to get a feel of the atmosphere. I joined the next day and I started to do a few days or week on week off to just get used to it. The coaches are great and really pay attention to you. It's great for any phases in life! Beginners to Olympic lifting classes

Been coming since they opened and the only thing that changes is the addition of wonderful members. Open Gym, Olympic Lifting, Team Saturday and Yoga. What more do you really need.

Experiencia fantástica: Want a family and friendly orientated place to work out? Look NO further than CrossFit Perception. Started here at age 58 and now over 60 and loving every minute of it. They also have a kids area while you are working out. Best thing I’ve ever done for myself, come join us!!

Experiencia fantástica: I don't know where to start with this place! My husband and I started here when it first opened 5 years ago. He calls it his therapy. I call it family, community, village, whatever word works for you. I always wanted to lift and build strength, but never knew it would come with lifelong friendships and another place that feels like home. My kids are growing up here with other friends of ours children. This has been an incredible compliment to my yoga practice. It's been a redirect on my passions and dreams for life. And it's been a huge part of our ups, downs, and all the things in between. We've celebrated birth announcement, gender reveal, great loss, and great victories here. The coaches are incredible. They've helped me reach places I never thought I could. They are full of knowledge and advice on how to work for your body to move properly. I cannot say enough about this community and the love I have for it.
