Experiencia fantástica: My son who is 12 years old has been going to NST in Austintown for the past 4 years. The way the coaches challenge the students is very personalized, making them feel comfortable at whatever level of athleticism they are currently at. Along with being very knowledgeable in strength and fitness, the coaches are great role models for the students.

Experiencia fantástica: My son is 9 and started this class because of the pandemic. He had gained weight and started to get cabin fever because of Covid. He was out of shape and missed playing basketball and being active. This program helped him get healthy, socialize with kids his age and gave him so much confidence as he built up his endurance. Great program for kids, love that they have this kind of workout for them.

He always provides a workout to meet us where we are at physically while still providing us a challenge. If we were local this is where me and my family would be working out regularly.

NST is a really great place if you wanna get into better shape but also meet others :))

Experiencia fantástica: Where do I start? From day 1 Shane has been wonderful! Shane is amazing with all the kids!! Kane is a wonderful also! We have no complaints with NST! With the COVID NST has gone above and beyond to make sure the kids are safe! At the beginning of COVID Jarrett was excellent on informing us on all the updates of the Facility! I love how Jarrett emailed work outs to us to keep us in shape! NST’s Communication is awesome! If you do have know it’s your fault for not reading your email! Lol Thank you for all the workers at all NST facilities for all your hard work!

I’ve definelty gotten faster, and stronger since I’ve been going here, it’s a great place to work out. I would recommend this place to anyone, it’s made me much better overall, and they also focus on you, and make sure you’re doing it right, and watch you. One of the trainers, Shane has a great personality and truly tries to get you to work harder and get better, he cares about your well being. One of the best trainers out there I would say.
