It’s a great way to get your workout in each day with numerous class time options and constantly varied workouts to keep your mind and muscles stimulated. I highly recommend Glendora FBB!!

Experiencia fantástica: Super friendly coaches! They keep you so motivated during the butt-kicking workouts! It’s only 30 minutes but trust me when I say you get a REAL good workout!!! I pour the sweat every single time! You are guaranteed to feel sore the next day. I’ve never loved working out, but this place made me hooked on exercise!!! It’s nice because they will push you to not give up during the exercises, but then they will modify any workouts if you have an injury or are a beginner. If you’re looking for a challenging workout that’s different almost every time, then try this place. You’ll be so happy you did! Best bootcamp ever! :)
