Experiencia fantástica: I cant say enough good things about this gym! Not only is it a great facility but also a great community. This gym is filled with knowledgeable trainers who focus on proper form and technique and also push its members to meet their potential. All of the workouts can be scaled to any level of fitness capability and no matter what level you are on, you will be cheered for and encouraged by others around you. It has been a privilege to be apart of this CrossFit community.

Experiencia fantástica: Visited CrossFit Goldsboro for the first time while in town visiting family for the holidays. I was immediately impressed by the positive energy of the people there. Everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy being around each other while pushing each other to become the best version of themselves physically. In fact, the owner himself was there and took the time to welcome me and introduce me to the gym. I’ll definitely be back.

Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Goldsboro has become a huge part of my everyday life and my only regret is not joining them sooner. Mike and his staff are professionally trained, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I honestly can't say enough great things about them. After my first week at CFG, I was hooked (and very sore) but everyone is there with a common goal of improving themselves while supporting those around them. After a few months of daily workouts, I asked Mike for help with my nutrition and I haven't felt this good or this strong in a really long time. I highly recommend giving them a try, you won't regret walking through that door. They're stuck with me for life!

Through HybridAF CrossFit Goldsboro is able to give their members 24/7 access to not only their facility but other facilities in the network like ours. I am excited that I can refer my members to a facility like CrossFit Goldsboro!

A huge value compared to other similar gyms is that they offer 24/7 access! I highly recommend checking out CrossFit Goldsboro!

Experiencia fantástica: I move around for work every few months and have joined a few crossfit gyms. Crossfit Goldsboro has by far been the best one yet! The gym itself is so spacious and the equipment is plentiful; the coaches are top notch and great at instructing; and the people who go are fun to work out with and motivating. Perfect gym for anyone from a crossfit beginner to someone who has been crossfitting for years!

Experiencia fantástica: By far the most affordable crossfit gym! The atmosphere and the coaching staff are great. Also the programming is thought out and very well put to together! Definitely will see improvements in strength and cardiovascular fitness!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been doing Crossfit for 6 years and have visited several gyms. None come close to the programming provided by Crossfit Goldsboro. They have the facility, equipment and coaching to help you achieve your goals. It's such a good program that my wife and I would rather pay the membership than use the full gym we have at home. Definitely worth the cost.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym and incredible coaches! Came here for the Battle of the Boro competition this year and had a blast! The competition was extremely well ran, everyone was friendly, and there was more than enough equipment to run such a huge competiton! Mike and his crew did one heck of a job with everything. Mike goes above and beyond for his athletes and anyone needed help. I am looking forward to going to train there as well as compete again next year in Battle of the Boro! :)

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome coaching staff with tons of knowledge in strength and conditioning. I joined with the goal to improve my fitness and now my goals are far beyond the "stay in shape". Coaches go way out of their way to improve the clients. Training sessions are productive and most importantly, fun. The best hour of my day is at the gym. Can't imagine a better way to experience fitness than with the CFGB crew.

Experiencia fantástica: Great box! Amazing community and atmosphere. Great programming that touches on all domains of fitness including Olympic lifting, conditioning, and mobility. Every coach on staff is very educated and experienced and all are eager to help clients to reach their fitness goals! Proud to be a part of the CFG community!

Experiencia fantástica: Great box! Lots of weights, pull up bars and very experienced staff. Made me feel comfortable and pushed me past my comfort zone (which I need sometimes). Definitely recommend for any age or skill level. Keep up the good work!
