Experiencia fantástica: This is the place you go if you want to take your training seriously. They offer a 24 hour key fob so you can work out whenever you want. Great equipment too.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful gym!! Everyone is motivating and helpful. The staff is super friendly and can answer any questions you have. They have the best option for free weights and the 24 hour access is a life saver for people with busy schedules.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym atmosphere, tons of people pushing themselves hard! Also has some of the BEST equipment available for average gym goers and bodybuilders alike. The gym is also SUPER clean which I very much appreciate.

Experiencia positiva: This gym is pretty great. I like the type of people that come here, all of which are pretty serious about fitness and focused, but still very kind. Just by being around that type you learn a lot. The staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of great equipment but some of it is kina old, the gym itself is kina small and feels tight, no sauna or hot tub for recovery, wish the turf was larger... but other than that this place is pretty solid. Definitely has a strength aesthetic. Better than planet fitness but not as nice as club northwest.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Professionalism , Quality The owner of the gym is a friendly guy, his dog is adorable. The gym consists of an atmosphere of everyone putting in their best and I love being involved in that. I've been having a helluva time getting back into a gym, but I wouldn't want to be doing it anywhere else.

Experiencia positiva: Good lifting equipment, ac needs a fix and the place could use some mold eliminated but overall staff is nice and guests are cool about not hogging equipment. Showers are pretty cold and gym is pretty hot, but has good staff and no pushy people telling you what to do with your body like the other gyms in town. If your just serious about getting a workout this is a great gym to go to.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place. I moved here a year ago, tried two other gyms in the area…one was too fancy for me, the other was too yellow&purple. This Gym is perfect, just good people staying fit. There are all kinds of people here lifting, some very seriously, some just staying healthy but all are very cool, helpful and kind. I’ve been going regularly for three months now and have only great things to say about the people, who work there and lift there.

Experiencia fantástica: Don't waste your time going here if you're not interested in a purpose built gym where everyone is working hard and focused on training for real. While I was going through my workout, there was body builders, power lifters and folks working through a wod of some sort. Everyone seemed to be well supported in their training and a part of the community the mix created. I got friendly smiles and welcoming comments. No purple machines in the whole place!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I am working out of town and training for powerlifting and this gym has everything you need and very clean and great environment. The staff is very accommodating and super nice. They even have chalk! So for powerlifters who work out of town and are in this area I would highly recommend this gym.
