Experiencia fantástica: 5 stars! I took the challenge and lost 6.5% in 6 weeks, great Gym for body transformation and great trainers. Kenny Hines is my accountability coach and trainer, he made sure as much fat is burnt and enough sweat is shred in the 1 hour we spend. They provide a simple diet plan which is easy to follow and provide a very good mix of workouts, now I know so many easy and effective workouts!! I am confident again both mentally and physically. A big shout out to Kenny Hines and 180 culture!!!! This is the place I recommend for anyone really looking to either lose fat or get back into shape. Awesome place!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Did the six week challenge lost 29 pounds. The trainers and other members are all great the group training classes are a good size I am continuing to go after completing the challenge and have not felt this good in a long time

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve never found a gym that I’ve loved so much! The atmosphere, office staff, and coaches are beyond incredible. Their main focus is to help you transform and reach goals you never could’ve imagined. Every person that works there is friendly and makes an effort to engage and meet all of their members. When you become a part of this Culture you become family. I have no doubt that this gym will be the next big thing! Thanks for helping me exceed my goals! Have to give a big shout out to Brody Bloom for always kicking my butt and Marc Anthony! Also, Stephen Hannah for being able to answer any questions or concerns I had.

Experiencia fantástica: The overall experience was great with the 180 crew during my 6week challenge! From the greeting at the the door, to on your way out "have a great day ". Due to my work schedule I was only able to attend certain class slots which kelp me consistent with 1 trainer Marc...He is a highly motivated young man and I appreciated that every step of the way. They know their skill set here, from the meal planning to the workouts ! Go get some !

Jenna and Brody were amazing trainers in and out of the gym! They knew how to push you with those extra reps, but was also willing to work with your nutrition and any advise you needed for your transformation. Thanks 180 Culture, it was a blast!
