Experiencia fantástica: You know you have to change your life, when you are sitting an exam room and your Doctor walks in after reviewing your chart, looks you dead in the eye and literally yells at you, saying that you are going to die soon if you don’t change your lifestyle. Well, fast forward a year later: Down almost 40 pounds, and working out five days at week at Clubhouse Fitness! For anyone even considering working with a Personal Trainer, Coleman Welch is by far one of the most dedicated and competent Fitness Professionals I have encountered. He aligns his expertise with my personal fitness goals, including in-depth nutrition coaching and integrates all of it in a way that motivates me not just on our training days, but even on the days I am in the gym on my own. Hiring a personal trainer might seem intimidating for some people because there is a factor of the unknown, but I guarantee that your experience with Coleman will be motivating and comfortable and results come quickly! Don’t sleep on in! If you are on the fence, I highly recommend a consult! I am living proof that a complete lifestyle change is possible. Clubhouse Fitness is a very comfortable and friendly place to train, kind of a family feel to it, not like your typical commercial gym which, for many can be creepy and intimidating! Clubhouse is the the antithesis of that and I always feel happy to be there! Highly, highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been excited to write this review for several months, but life got in the way. I want to start by thanking the ClubHouse owners for their warmth and hospitality while I was living in Alta Sierra for two months taking care of a sick family member. I called in advance to explain that I was preparing for a bodybuilding competition and they were both very excited and accommodating. I truly appreciate the numerous times they checked in with me about my family and about my upcoming competition. The facility was always clean and had everything I needed to continue my regular weight training and cardio workouts. I was even able to use the upstairs group exercise/yoga space to practice my posing. All-in-all a great experience. Thank you so much ClubHouse Fitness for making my bodybuilding competition a success.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Quality Excellent gym and very functional! They have the majority of the basics you need for powerlifting training I've found had no issues with any of the equipment. The staff also is incredibly kind and even the community here is friendly. It's a great place to work out!

Experiencia fantástica: Clean, welcoming, and lots of amenities. 3 TVs with different channels on them - subtitles on. Likeable music played at a good level, water dispenser and cups, clipboards, pencils, and exercise log to record progress. Huge, efficient fans both overhead and floor level. Air conditioning, deck with comfy chairs overlooking the golf course, and yoga classes free with membership. Love this place

Experiencia fantástica: This is a fantastic gym located in Alta Sierra. I've been a member of several other Grass Valley, gyms and none are as friendly and welcoming as Clubhouse Fitness. Certainly none of the other's are as clean and well maintained. This gym is spotless! The member dues are very reasonable and you also get an assortment of different yoga classes included in your membership. Having spent many years in many different gyms, I know how fortunate I am to have found a good gym to make part of my health and fitness routine. Denise Ray, owns and runs the gym and takes a lot of pride in the business and its members. It's really nice to have a such a warm and friendly owner greet you and actually want to get to know you. It's a really wonderful place and I definitely recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym ever! It's under new ownership and the new owners are awesome! They are extremely friendly and helpful. I've never felt more comfortable in a gym. They remodeled upon new ownership and it is the cleanest gym I've ever been to. :)
