This place is kept clean and is well equipped. It's been challenging during the shut down but I have enjoyed working out in the fresh air. I always recommend Kai Fit when I'm asked where I work out.

Experiencia fantástica: I am very grateful that they've been able to stay open during the pandemic. The atmosphere of the gym itself is open and friendly. The staff is always ready to help and most customers are as well. We all try to share what physical fitness knowledge we have.

Iris and David Alessandro have worked really hard to provide an outdoor gym for us during this time of COVID. It just speaks to their dedication to their clients and our good health. Experiencia fantástica: Love Love Love this gym. The staff is always welcoming whether it’s your first time in or you’re a long-timer. They are also very knowledgeable so no need to be intimidated by any of the machines. Staff will gladly help. I always get a great workout as there are plenty of machines to work out every part of your body as well as free weights, kettle bells, bosu, ropes...simply lots of variety for every level.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym isn’t the biggest or most outfitted one in the area, but they employ some absolutely wonderful folks. They are always cleaning and laughing and joking with the members and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and valued. The environment is positive and friendly and, most importantly right now, exceptionally clean.

I joined last year and it’s been such a great experience and through these hard times Kai Fitness has helped me get back to my active journey. Experiencia fantástica: Both David and Iris (the owners) have been tremendously supportive to my health, fitness and mental journey. The culture of their family owned business is nothing but love, care and integrity. It's important to them to provide a safe space for their members to grow physically and mentally. The facility is always clean and they make me feel comfortable because they follow all the safety guidelines and protocols. I feel a apart of their family. Kai Fitness has a variety of work out equipment and machines, and their staff, Vanessa and Lori is always courteous and helpful. I recommend to give them a call and ask about joining. You will not be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of Kai Fit for several years. This gym is always taking their members to the next level. There is a high level of professionalism and I have seen the staff make themselves available to all their members. I also have had the privilege of doing personal training with several of the trainers, there isn’t a trainer who disappointed. There’s been a high level of expertise in each of my training sessions. I feel so confident with my experience at this gym. The skills that I learned with my trainer at this gym I apply to my every day life. I’ve built a better life for myself due to the tools I have found right here at Kai Fit!!
