Experiencia fantástica: This is an awesome place to come and workout... It's open 24/7 and they have all the equipment you could need and turf to do some floor work. They also have a great group of personal trainers if you are looking for a jumpstart or really improve your game. I was placed with Andrew who has become an asset to my success in fitness always making sure I am keeping my form and helping me get those gains!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym! Love the people and the equipment is great! They are always getting new stuff I highly recommend this gym. I was disappointed when I had to move out of the area but Ari was very helpful with my cancellation and walked me through was I had to do over the phone. Awesome staff and thanks again for the workouts!

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to workout, wish they had couple more flat benches and couple more squat racks but other then that great staff and friendly people. Needed to add to this.....please turn the frickin heat on at the Greenville location......it's 42deg in the is place right now as I'm here. If I wanted to workout in the cold u wouldn't pay for a membership.

Experiencia fantástica: I like it Rockford location more, because its got better equipment, but it has no resistant straps, however Greenville location got about 20 there makes no sense.

You can tell those women are "TRAINED" and properly "certified" to teach their classes, unlike another health Club I've been a member of in the past. Now I know why I got injuries over there... .

It's so important to be strong, flexible and get good cardio for the heart! We have an amazing senior fitness program, it's awesome to see people getting healthier and stronger!
