Experiencia fantástica: I just joined Snap Fitness and was initially a little put off by the manager/owner like the other review. However, we went back tonight and found her vacuuming and working hard to keep the place clean. She has a dry, acerbic wit I now find charming.

Experiencia positiva: I have been a member since 2 years, good facilities, the equipments are new, friendly people. Overall it's a great gym. Wish there was more room in the gym, but not an issue.

Experiencia fantástica: SNAP fitness in Colchester is one fine gym. Although on the small side, don’t let that fool you. They have the equipment needed to work all the muscle groups plus cardio equipment. They also have a room with mats to do stretching, yoga, and they have fitness classes and personal trainers available to help you tune your workout. There’s hardly ever a time when I’ve had to wait to use a machine and because they are open around the clock, you can begin a routine anytime and not feel pressure because they are closing up or you have the opportunity to work out very early in the morning if you want. You are assigned an electronic key card which you use to buzz yourself in. The owner and staff are very conscientious and work hard to keep the place clean. They are always going around wiping and disinfecting the machines and they keep the bathrooms and showers spotless. All in all a great gym.

Perfect for those who don't care for massive gyms that feel like a hike to each rack or machine. The 24/7 access is extremely convenient!

Experiencia fantástica: Snap Fitness – Niantic, CT – 3/31/2016 I’ve been coming to this gym for several years now… The new owners have made some very nice improvements. One of the great benefits for me is that they’re open 24/7. It works for my busy schedule. Unlike most gyms that are always packed and you’re waiting for machines, this gym has plenty of equipment and it’s always well-maintained. There's no waiting and they even have certified personal trainers on staff. They have a tanning booth and Pilates machine too… Honestly…, For the money…, You can’t go wrong. I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I have been going to snap Niantic for many many years and it is always a friendly and welcoming environment thanks to the staff and great gym environment. The facility is clean and well maintained. They have done a great job of continuing to update with new gear like the rowing machine most recently. I will continue to come workout here for many years to come!

Experiencia fantástica: Love the trainer Maureen! She knows how far to push me and makes workouts fun! She’ll start to wrap up our session and I’m surprised at how quickly it went. Great workouts when you’re not watching the time, counting down until it’s over! I honestly can’t say I’ve ever had a more enjoyable and great balanced workout with any other trainer. I’d recommend her to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is very clean and well maintained. It is 24hr, which is very convenient. All their machines work well and nothing is broken or in poor condition. The staff are helpful when needed, but only are there for select hours, just not at night. That is okay, as you dont need them to work out really.

Experiencia fantástica: Local to my home, so not to far to drive. Clean facility with well maintained equipment. Good variety of equipment. Not over crowded so machines are available. The current owner, Kim has added new equipment the last couple of years and the daytime manager, Maureen is friendly and runs a few classes. Personal training is available too!
