Experiencia fantástica: Great coaches and such a fun and exciting atmosphere. The workouts are explained and demoed well before we start and they answer any and all questions. I am pregnant and the coaches are nothing short of amazing when it comes to having to modify. They always find a safe movement for me to perform that still gets my HR in a safe zone and gives me a great workout. Love this place and will always support them!

Experiencia fantástica: I had superb experience at GCSF. I attend a class as a drop-in while visiting Columbus on May 21st. First, communications via email for my questions were answered promptly. The gym was one of the cleanest and well organized Crossfit boxes I have been to. We were greeted by coach Jake Frye who was extremely helpful, briefed us on the nuances of the CGSF's class and made me feel very comfortable. The other athletes attending this class were very welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed my experience at GCSF and would highly recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Professionalism Dropped in for a workout today for the first time since the opening of Grove City Strength and Fitness! Gym was clean and really well organized! Had an awesome workout with a great group of people. This is hands down the best gym in Grove City, Ohio. If you’re on the fence about finding a new gym, look no further!
