Experiencia fantástica: Full CrossFit gym and programing w/ 24 hr access to conventional gym next door. Pay less than the average you would pay at any other CrossFit gym. Can't beat it.

Experiencia fantástica: When I moved I was worried that I would not be able to find another crossfit gym that provided the same level of coaching and programming I had become accustomed too. The coaching, the wods, and the community quickly swept all my worries away. The coaching staff is highly trained and takes great care in teaching all the correct form for every movement to maximize efficiency and keep their athletes from getting injured. I found a great new group of people to workout with and my performance has continued to grow with my new coaches. I can't say enough about the quality coaching and training from Crossfit GBC. 5/5

Where else can you go to be encouraged, get into physical shape, hang out with family, and feel good about yourself when it's over? I always leave a better person than what I was before I came. Coaches Eric and Stacy Castro don't see it as an opportunity to make some money, they see it as an opportunity to make a difference in someone's life. They have mine and many others! Experiencia fantástica: Start at crossfitgbc in July of this year, my coaches (Eric and Stacy) are always looking out for my best interest they are continually giving clear instructions on a proper workout. The community and family atmosphere is unbelievable!!!! You will never leave discouraged.
