Experiencia fantástica: Although we were not consistent and didn't get much out of our gym membership, this is a very nice gym. The building and equipment are new, and the staff is friendly. There is a large variety of cardio, resistance training, and weights. I believe they have various weight loss challenges throughout the year. If you are ever in Rockingham, I would highly recommeng this place!
