Experiencia positiva: Good gym, not over crowded in the mornings. Has more than enough equipment for a beginner, intermediate, and advanced lifter or gym goer, only downside is in the evenings when all the gain watchers are in the gym and they don't understand rest periods or have a plan they sit in equipment and play on their phones.

Experiencia positiva: Nice big little gym. It has an upstairs but I didn't go up. Hasva big basketball court and racket ball area. Free and machine weights but I didn't see a deadlifts area.

Experiencia fantástica: Another great gym on Ft. Lee, small area for functional fitness. Not as good as SPC but still a great gym.

Post-renovation it’s relatively modern - it’s spacious, has a big weight lifting room, a well-stocked cardio room, good locker rooms that are clean and large, a shake stand, a huge court, and various specialty machines and shops. Only issue is parking can be brutal!
