Experiencia fantástica: I would have to say the ladies at the front desk are full of joy. Equipment is what you would find at a nora gym. A little bit of cross fit but more of a muscle gym. Patrons are friendly and wipe equipment after use.

Experiencia fantástica: Great facility, current covid restrictions seem to have certain equipment unavailable despite equal spacing from other available pieces. Figured it would have been ironed out by now. Im sure the employees don't mind having 1/3 or more of the facility shut down, so I assume no one is in a rush to open the space back up.

Experiencia fantástica: My favorite Ft Knox gym. The only problem is that it seems to be the favorite for lots of people and I haven’t found the uncrowded sweet spot.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so thankful for a big space gym. It's been too long! My only complaint is the lack of plates and bumper plates, people gotta lift heavy things up and put them down!

Experiencia fantástica: My favorite gym on the installation. Has everything I need and its not too crowded 8f you go at 5am like I do. Smith Gym would be the 2nd best option. The other ones are too crowded and everyone is right on top of each other.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym...especially considering it's free! There is plenty of equipment and room to maneuver. One should not have an issue finding a piece of equipment to use to workout. From free weights to cardio to crossfit, this gym has a little of everything. The place compliments the staff...friendly, great atmosphere, and clean. Everyone appears to take pride in their job and helping out anyone who asks. The only downside (to no fault of the gym or the staff) is the amount of people between 0615 and 0745. Depending on the day, you may have to adjust your workout to deal with a lot of people.
