Experiencia fantástica: I would like to thank Ms. Sue, the owner of the gym, and her son Philip for their kindness and for putting me on the right track when I was lost with my workout goals. Philip help me set up a plan, which has been so helpful. I am looking forward to taking a private session with the trainer Laurie, who I met and who explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. The gym is open 24/7, so there is no excuse not to work out. The gym is large with all the equipment a person needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place, real gym. Visiting from north idaho and phil got me set up with a membership for a reasonable rate. I arrived during non staffed hours and called to ask about a membership. Phil gave me the details and even buzzed me in remotely so I could get a workout in until the next time they were staffed and I could sign up and get a door opener for 24 hour access. Most places TALK customer service, this place actually provides it.

Experiencia fantástica: I am visiting town and decided to give "the gym" a try. I am an active duty military member and asked for a 3 week membership and I was not charged for any of it which was so generous and I am truly grateful for that! Their prices are spectacular for membership from what I researched prior to coming in. This is a serious weightlifters gym. It has all the proper free weight equipment (i.e. squat rack, decks for Olympic lifting, plenty of bars and bumper weights). If you are swinging through town or even wanting to come here on a permanent basis, I would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Their classes are really developing nicely. I love their child care workers, really take time with the kids. I LOVE the barbell and free weights. All around, BEST gym for the price.

Experiencia fantástica: We had change to use the gym only for couple times, but we love it. Liked the old school vibe, not crowded. Lot of choices weights and machines. And the owners - they awesome, so friendly, best costumer service, helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is awesome! Laid back atmosphere with people who are genuinely nice and want to see others succeed. Owner is very knowledgeable, and helpful to people at all levels in their fitness journey whether they are just starting out, or have been lifting for years. Nice variety of equipment with plenty of room to work. Plus, tanning and saunas, and classes too! I definitely recommend becoming a member here!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the place to go for fitness. It has just about everything you need from powerlifting to stongman to just simply circuit training. They even have saunas and tanning machines! Really the place is amazing. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. Training sessions are available for new comers or those who just want to improve there skills and they also offer yoga and other classes too. The membership is worth every penny.
