When i first started i weighed about 200lbs and dropped to 170. Of course i had to stop for a short time because of work, however Eddie makes his time flexible with you as much as possible and will work with you to achieve your goals. I recommend coming here if you're serious about your goals

I started two months ago and having a previous ankle injury with his training and nutrition guidance I have been able to lose weight and have better mobility which I wasn't able to achieve before. He is great trainer and motivator. You just have to commit and you will start seeing results pretty fast. I highly recommend it.

The workouts were intense but I felt great after. I was pushed beyond my limits. I never knew I could do so much.
