Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoy the Crossfit workout. I was looking for something early mornings, because I really didn’t want to workout after work. I wanted to lift weights as well. CFI offered both. The people are nice and Mike is so cool and accommodating.

Experiencia fantástica: Crossfit Inglewood is a great gym, especially for beginners, and has a lot of great members. Michael is a great coach and goes over all the movements to ensure everyone is familiar with it and works with you if you have any injuries or any other limitations.

Experiencia fantástica: Putting this experience in words would not do the proper justice! This gym, in conjunction with the instructor/coach is.............EPIC!!! Just had a free try out. iIt was customized, well instructed, safe, and motivating. Well equipped, CLEAN, cozy, and ideal if you are serious about health and fitness. Experiencia fantástica: Great place to get your sweat on! The workouts are varied and challenging. The coach is knowledgeable and provides great instruction and encouragement. There is genuine camaraderie among the box members. I highly recommend CrossFit Inglewood.

Experiencia fantástica: This has got to be one of the hardest things I have ever done but the trainer Micheal is very encouraging. I love the fact that he goes over techniques and mechanics to ensure you are safe and actually getting the full effects of work outs. Check him out you won't be disappointed.
