Experiencia fantástica: I followed Crossfit for a cpl years before I got the nerve to walk thru CF316 doors. My wife and I were immediately welcomed, and accepted. Crossfit can be scaled to any skill level, and the coaches at 316 do a great job of teaching the movements and scales. Friendly atmosphere, and helped me get into the best shape of my adult life.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is a fantastic place to get a great workout in. All of the coaches are skilled and helpful and truly wanting you to be your best self. Whether you are just beginning and need scaling options or are a fit athlete the coaches will help you and the classes will give you a great workout. The owners have created such a great community within the gym that all of the members can have fun while working out and still pushing each other.

Experiencia fantástica: After being in awe watching all the "Fittest on Earth" documentaries on Netfilx, my husband and I decided that maybe this was something we should see about doing. We had both been working out before checking out CF316, but were still totally intimidated. However, there was nothing to fear at all. All of the people at CF316 are so welcoming. The coaches are so knowledgeable, and are able to scale any workout to best suit the needs of each person. We have been at CF316 for a year now, and couldn't imagine working out any other way!

The classes are challenging, the instructors are so supportive, everyone knows your name, the feeling after a workout is the best feeling ever, results come quickly with effort, I have never been to a better gym in my life, and would recommend to ANYONE!

Experiencia fantástica: What a great Crossfit Box! The coaches are friendly and very supportive. I've been a customer now for over 3 years and while I should go more often, when I do go, it's always a great workout and fun too! Prior to joining Crossfit316, I had a ymca membership and a typical "Healthclub" membership that will remain nameless. Nothing compares to working with Jeff and the other coaches who provide outstanding workouts that are scaled for all abilities. I'm in my 50"s and proud to be on their leader board for the deadlift, backsquat, frontsquat, and overhead press... I'm a cyclist and joined because I wanted better functional movement, strength and flexibility. I'd highly recommend them for anyone who wants to get fit and enjoy the process!
