Experiencia fantástica: This gym is great and affordable. The staff is friendly and supportive and you have well maintained machines as well. I have not found the need to wait around for weights either. It is certainly one of the better gyms in the Chantilly area. The sales director Sean was awesome and provided us great customer service, I would recommend it to anyone I know.

Experiencia fantástica: Joined FTE because their gym is well maintained, has an abundance of excellent equipment from various companies such that waiting for your machine is rare (if not nonexistent) and the overall facility is kept very clean. Recently I asked that a True Recumbent Cycle be serviced because it was showing signs of wear in the crank; it was serviced the next day I came in and worked perfectly which truly impressed me as the last gym I was at had machines with “Out Of Order” on them for months on end.

Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoy this gym! It’s location is perfect for me! However, the best thing about it is the staff! Two people in particular make this place a great place to workout at. Matthew Pottmyer has been working with my son so he can start using the gym equipment with me. My son thinks Matt is the coolest guy on the planet! I would strongly suggest him as a trainer for your teenage kids who would like to get in a gym and gain some confidence. Marcus Rhee is also another friendly face at the gym. He is always so pleasant and wears a smile all day long. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the gym and fitness goals.

Experiencia fantástica: In our area there aren't a lot of gyms to join so if I want to go & not drive more than 10 minutes I had to join TFE. I'm not disappointed. It's never too busy where I have to wait for a machine to free up. The equipment is pretty top notch & I love that they're simple enough to use for my teen & me. It took me an entire year before I could gain enough courage to walk back into the gym, but I have to say my fear was greater than the reality. I am overweight and thought I'd be uncomfortable around others, but it was more in my head. It may not be the cheapest in cost but I'd say it's worth it for lots of other reasons.

Experiencia fantástica: TFE has a friendly and attentive staff. The facility is well equipped and clean. At the time I usually go to the gym it is pretty busy, but there is usually little to no wait for equipment. Overall, it’s worth the membership.

Great variety of brand new equipments and other people that are working out clean the equipment before and after use. The locker rooms are very clean and spacious. Well worth the price. Equipment and facility to include the men's locker room are kept clean. Outstanding Fitness Center for anyone who is serious about getting their workouts done. Taking Spin class for the first time, love it. Heidi is a fantastic instructor.

Experiencia positiva: I love this gym, I have been a member for over three years but please keep up with the maintenance in the men’s locker room. I shot an email about a month ago requesting the following but no action has been taken yet: 1. Please increase the frequency of mopping the sauna and rinsing the floor matts. The sauna hasn’t been cleaned in months. The light hasn’t been replaced either. 2.Please unclog the shower drains 3. Please fix the urinal with a more resilient and reliable flushing mechanism. They’ve been known to sticking and sometimes flooding as it is right now. 4. Please clean the toilet stalls twice a day, once mid day before the evening rush. And then clean it in the evening like you have normally please. Because in the evening after the day-traffic most of the toilets are clogged or unclean.

Experiencia fantástica: Bought a week pass while visiting family and was very impressed with the staff, cleanliness of the facility and wide variety of equipment available. Different rooms for different training and a perfect gym if you have young children, the play area and ninja course kept the kids busy. Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member of this gym for a couple of years and it's a great place to work out and has tons of fitness groups that are included with the membership. Nevertheless, one of my biggest motivations is the Kids Gym because my kids absolutely love going!!!. They have awesome camps while kids are out of school, aftercare, and great bday party deals featuring the rock climbing wall and ninja warrior. They also have a parent's night out one Saturday a month and the kids get to play, eat and watch a movie. Their new director, Jeff Newman, has been doing great planning all the kid's activities. We recently celebrated my kids' bday about a couple of weeks ago and Jeff helped us with everything. All parents and kids had a blast!

The gym is equipped with nice machines and is kept very clean. I had personal training with Sarah, who is super knowledgable, helpful and always keeps a positive attitude. Overall, awesome gym!

Gym is never packed, always able to find enough equipment to work out. Gym is kept very clean at all times.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent workout facility at South Riding TFE! Friendly staff and super convenient. Covid precautions in place. Clean facility with hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes provided. Masks available if you forget yours by mistake. Aerobic machines social distanced apart. My favorite thing is working out with personal trainer Sarah. It’s giving me the boost I need to stay active! Her workouts are legit and get results! Thank you TFE!

Experiencia fantástica: Have really enjoyed being a member of TFE the past 4 months. Moved to the area recently and this gym checked all of the boxes for my needs- functional training area, very large weight room with every free weight/machine you could need, and enough cardio equipment that I have never had to wait to use a machine. They have more than enough space that you feel far enough apart from other members while working out even during busy hours. Very clean and up to date- highly recommend, no other gym within 15 minutes met my needs and I am very satisfied.

Experiencia fantástica: The best choice I made in 2020 was to switch to TFE (South Riding) after we got some relief from complete lockdowns. The group trainings are excellent and motivating. Lot of emphasis on distancing in the entire facility (which is huge), cleanliness, compliance for mask guidelines, thermal scans etc. Trainers are extremely friendly. I love all things TFE - step class, zumba, body pump, HIIT and cardio are some of the classes I don’t like to miss.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined TFE in South Riding when they re-opened after the COVID shutdown. I was looking for a gym that had plenty of space and was very clean. Initially, I was given a 7 day trial period to try out the gym. After day 2 of working out at this beautiful facility I knew it had everything I needed. I was really impressed with the cleanliness and COVID precautions being taken from checking your temperature at the front desk to sanitation stations spread throughout the facility. In addition to the gym filling all my needs, the management staff was also extremely nice and informative. Over my first few days I got to meet Chiquita and Marcus. They do a great job running the place and are always there if you have any issues or questions. As part of being a member you can take a free, very detailed fitness assessment that covers everything from cardio fitness to strength and flexibility. I was fortunate that one of the trainers Sarah Hurley did the fitness assessment for me. Sarah was excellent in explaining the test results and what my weaknesses were. That same day I signed up for personal training with Sarah and it has been awesome! The weekly workouts that Sarah prepares have really helped me address my weaknesses as well as helping my overall strength and flexibility. I’m starting my third month of training with Sarah and the results have really showed. I can’t say enough about TFE, from the facility to the staff everything is first class.

Experiencia fantástica: The best gym I've gone to thus far. I came to this location from Gold's and it was a well worth upgrade. The membership is pricey but includes most classes and a fitness assessment every few months. The trainers here are engaging, charismatic, and happy to help. Coming here is like meeting with family; the atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. Highly recommend joining this location!

Experiencia fantástica: Been a gym rat most of my life and must say this is the nicest and friendliest fitness center I have ever been to. The staff is helpful and very informative to all members as well as very polite and always smiling. Would recommend for any ages and you will not find a cleaner and well kept facility. They have ever piece of top of the line equipment and free weights you could need. Wish I could give it 10 Star!

Experiencia fantástica: I moved to the area in the early Spring, TFE was in the neighborhood, too easy to check out. Next to Chick-fil-A, even better. To a more serious note, from day one Marcus has taken care of me and his staff is always great to see. His enthusiasm is extremely welcoming each time I am personally greeted no matter when/where I am working out, and I see the same treatment to all members. He has helped with thorough and friendly experiences for contract sign ups, with myself and eventually my wife. Marcus encourages others, even helped spot me for a bench PR I thought I would never hit. The staff at TFE gets involed, plain and simple. Experiencia fantástica: New to this gym. It's great but I little expensive. I'll gladly pay it. Fees include all of the classes and workout so you're saving in the long run. They have everything you'll ever need and it's clean and well maintained. Just wish it was 24/7.

Experiencia fantástica: Switching over to TFE from Life Time Fitness was one of the best decisions I made. Not only is it affordable It’s a grest atmosphere there in the gym. From the trainers to the group classes to the child center everything is the best. Where my kids used to hate going to Life Time Fitness day care ask “when are we go to the gym everyday” If you are looking for a good and a affordable gym TFE is where you need to go. Each and everyone of TFE gyms staff is amazing and are always there to help. Go check out the gym and talk to MARCUS. He’s a great gym who will take care of you and will work with you depending on your needs.
