Experiencia fantástica: I have been train at Core Fitness Training (CFT) in order to get myself in shape to take the physical agility test to be a Wildland Firefighter, and to condition myself to be the best in shape I can when I eventually deploy as a Wildland Firefighter EMT. I'm 57 years old, and my fitness level is not what it was a few years ago. After talking to the owner of this business Dean I signed up for a package of 10 personal training sessions. This package included an extra two sessions. This package also includes use of the gym during my contract time and being able to attend any additional classes that may be offered. I've been training now with Dean at CFT over the past several weeks. I found the facility to be clean, well-equipped, and a beautiful location located next to the canal across from the Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood Florida (validated parking) I have made several gains since starting my quest for the physical agility test. Without Dean's help I probably would not be able to do it. The workouts are never the same and are tailor-made by Dean to help achieve my goals. If you are just visiting the area or live in the area and need a great place to train CFT is you best choice. It is budget friendly with great customer service and personnel. Thank you Dean and staff for your professional attitude knowledge, and willingness to adjust scheduling in order to make sure that we get get my workouts in.

I felt comfortable in a brand new setting and the trainers were great about accommodating exercises for my lower back pain. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the Hollywood area! 5 stars!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at CFT (Core Fitness Training) has been excellent due to the owner, Dean, and the professional trainers who make the program entertaining and geared to your needs. I have seen improvement in my flexibility and endurance after attending a series of classes such as Tabata on Tuesday’s and Circuit training on Saturday’s. The trainers motivate you during the high intensity workouts so that you can burn fat efficiently and help you attain your own individual fitness goals. The cherry on top would be the location of the gym. I guarantee that once people try Core Fitness Training, they will be back for more!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I trained at CFT in September during our vacation. The bootcamp and spinning classes were awesome. The classes were a great workout. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a great, well rounded training.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great gym! I’ve been going for a little over a month and it’s amazing. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and supportive. It’s group fitness/boot camp/HIIT style, so not overly heavy weight intensive like CrossFit. The workouts are always changing, very challenging, and so rewarding to complete. I always leave completely worn out. If you’re looking for a great group of people and a great workout, definitely come try a class! Plenty of parking at the garage and they will validate.

Dean trained us:: great HIT training with variety and challenge. Excellent space and equipment. If you are staying at the Diplomat,this is a great way to get an excellent workout with no hassle. Dean and his staff are superb and have an excellent fund of knowledge.

The staff welcomed me into their gym family for the duration of my stay. Terrific workouts and trainers. Would definitely become a member if I were local.

The workouts are always changing so you don't get bored. I have been going a 2-3 times a week now for a month and I can already see results. Best workout classes EVER!
