As always, He was social, supportive and generous. Continues to be a great Team and Affiliate... Coming up on 10 Years in January. Kyle and staff are dedicated to support you and your goals. Not only have they changed my perspective on fitness and nutrition, but they have helped change my life! I love it here & would give 10 stars if i could!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I come to CrossFit Serenity every time I am in town visiting family. We always get a warm welcome when we come to classes and the environment is great. Thankful we have a gym to come to when we visit!

Experiencia fantástica: This is my favorite place to be! You will not find more motivating coaches that want you to succeed anywhere else! The atmosphere is so welcoming and the members are so supportive. The workouts can be modified for any level of fitness. I love my CF family!

Experiencia fantástica: This CrossFit box is AMAZING!! The coaches are the best, the gym is huge and has everything you need and more!! They are so supportive and encouraging. Family friendly and so laid back. I absolutely LOVE this gym and have seen such awesome results from the WODs. They are so great about helping you do each move and lift correctly. The classes are great and every workout leaves you feeling accomplished! You won’t find another gym like this anywhere in this area, or within a 100 miles that cares for its members like CrossFit Serenity does!! Been going for a little over a year now and wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else.

The coaches are very knowledgeable and can modify the workouts as needed for any stage of life. They know when to push you and are always there encourage you. I would highly recommend CrossFit serenity to anyone looking to get in shape or simply stay healthy!

Experiencia fantástica: Love this gym and the coaches. Coach Kyle, Josh and Kimmy and all the others are so encouraging and helpful. They know when to push you to do more and are always making sure you have the proper form and technique. I was a little hesitant about doing CrossFit, but I am so glad I started in August and continue to go. They can scale any workout to your fitness level and are always there to celebrate your personal records and when you meet one of your goals. Feeling Stronger, Healthier, and Happier!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best gym in Hopkinsville! I am so grateful for their coaches. Coach Josh knows when to push you and is understanding of when you need a break, he cares about your success. Coach Kyle is great at focusing on form and has helped me improve my technique with weight lifting. Every class is guaranteed a great work out. The whole staff is friendly and the facility can accommodate a good size class. I am so happy I found this gym!

Experiencia fantástica: Whole traveling I *needed* to do crossfit. I came upon this box and basically just showed up. An advance notice for a drop in is typically nice but they welcomed me in with open arms anyways. The people and the coaches were great! I would definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again.
