Experiencia fantástica: All I have to say about this location is Amazing customer service. Some of the nicest, friendly, genuine people that work here. I had a major problem on a Sunday, which means the gym is only open for 24 hr access and no staff. I texted Eric, and responded immediately and worked with me until the issue was resolved. This is a great gym in a great community.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym in the area to lift. Has the machines, weights, and racks that you want. Talked to James and he he laid everything out clearly. Worked with Kyle the Personal Trainer and he increased my deadlifts nearly 100 pounds - I would strongly recommend.

He was very professional and understanding of my situation and was able to work with me to come to a resolution. James is a great guy and would highly recommend FitLab Hudson to anyone, as you'll be in good hands with him.

Experiencia fantástica: I had problems, but FitLab took care of me. I've seen reviews on this gym referencing some shady or even impolite dealings with the management team there. I experienced the same thing myself and was very disappointed, so I went down to try to get out of my commitment with them. That was when I met James, the new Manager. He was SUPER helpful. He was courteous and attentive as he listened to my concerns. He told me this was not the first time he had heard of an issue like mine, and was anxious to have the opportunity to help. He got on the phone with the owners immediately (while I was standing there) and solved my problems for me. Got me out of my overly expensive contract and offered to let me stay a member for a one-time (very reasonable) fee, for 15 months. I feel that the true measure of a company is shown by how they handle you when things go wrong. I had gone down there angry, frustrated and ready to leave, and due to James's hard work and kind nature, I am happy to still be a member at FitLab. They are close to my home, their equipment is top notch, and the gym is clean and full of friendly people. I did not want to go and find a new gym, and thanks to James, now I don't have to.

I highly recommend the personal training sessions if you want results…Kelly is the absolute best! All the staff is amazing, friendly, and helpful while the new manager James has added some great additions to an already wonderful selection of equipment!

I have seen a lot of progress thanks to the great community in the gym and recommend others to start their fitness journey.

Spoke with one of the managers James at the Hudson location about options and he could not have been more helpful. Had our first workout yesterday at the very clean and well equipped gym and couldn’t be happier! Thank you James and Hudson FitLab!

Staff works their hardest to keep this place as pristine as it is and the new Manager - James Saunders with his customer service is top notch. It has the BEST down light at the benches compared to its other locations, Although it's the smallest of all the FITLABs it will everything you need to put in a solid workout.

This gym may be tiny, but it has everything you need and the people here are nice, and not to mention super strong. One guy always wears firefighter shirts and he’s a great guy always willing to help. My personal hero really. Will never stop coming here!

Always clean, awesome staff and the manager Tara takes great care of the gym. Best gym around if you’re in south Nashua area, coming from someone who has lifted at almost every gym in New England. The manager (Tara) is very friendly , very personable, she takes great pride in the facility that she manages and ensures all of the member's needs and wants are met to the best of her ability! The men's locker room and showers are SPOTLESS! The gym has supplied an abundant amount of disinfectant and antibacterial supplies which are VITAL during this pandemic in providing a safe and secure training environment amidst this COVID-19 Pandemic. The Hudson staff has done a SUPERB job with keeping up with cleaning the entire gym. Keep up the great work! I enjoy working out at this facility.

These children, who have experienced homelessness, will have a wonderful Christmas thanks to your generosity! Dana and his team are an awesome group of caring folks!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great gym! The management and staff are wonderful and very friendly. It has a warm and welcoming vibe about it and caters well to the older clientele. The place is kept very clean and the equipment is decent. For a small gym, Fitlab Hudson packs a big punch. It attracts every day working class, retirees, college and high school kids, and everyone in between. I think the non intimidating environment is a huge asset. I would recommend this gym to anyone who lives in the vicinity.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a happy member of Fitlab for over two years. The staff are very friendly and know you by name. All of the members are respectful, kind, and helpful. It is never too crowded, and the entire gym is kept very clean (even the showers!). The equipment is always in working condition as well; I have never seen any of the machines be out of order. The only complaint that I would have is that there is only one squat rack, but even so, I have never had to wait long to use it. Overall, I would recommend this gym!
