Experiencia fantástica: This is a great place for any of the workouts offered. Good instructors and friendly classes. Love the spin and the yoga, but there is certainly more to pick from. Get busy staying active! This is a fine place for that!

Experiencia fantástica: So glad I stopped in to introduce myself, as I am new to town. Claudia greeted me with open arms, made me feel so welcomed. A few minutes after I walked in she was getting ready to start a spin class and invited to jump in. I had never done a spin class before and she just took me right under her wing. She showed me everything before class started and led a great class! Her friendliness is definitely why I will be returning.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy that I found this place! Even though I was just in town to visit family during the holidays,the owner was kind, professional, friendly and patient. She set me up with a one week pass and I used it almost everyday I was there. Attending classes was so much fun, that I could barely stay away. The classes are interesting and challenging. The schedule has a lot of options and taking yoga after a spinning class was the perfect combination. Also the space is clean and super well organized which gives it a really important welcoming vibe. Visiting my family in Long Island is always nice, now that I found Breakaway I might just look forward to it a little more....

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent classes with combination cycling and boot camp/strength/yoga. The trainers are so nice and the members are very friendly. Great way to get your workout in one hour.
