Experiencia fantástica: I never write reviews, but Fortitude Fitness changed my life. No joke. I've been training here for only six months and I not only see a change in my body but also in my overall health and life. When they say personal training, they mean PERSONAL training. Your trainer doesn't disappear, they're not on their phone your whole session - they are 100% focused on you. Angie is in my trainer and she's pushed me to in ways no one else has. I got runner's knee about two years ago. I went through a year of physical therapy and low impact exercise classes, and nothing made it better. I was convinced my knee was going to be like this forever. I decided to just stop working out all together, until I found Angie and Fortitude. Within two months, my knee stopped popping and is now stronger than ever. TWO MONTHS! Not only did she heal my injury but Angie actually makes me enjoy and look forward to working out. I never want to miss a session and do everything I can not to. I've also worked with Kelsey and she's amazing too! If I could train here everyday I would.

Experiencia fantástica: Want a great place to workout that’s affordable? Fortitude Fitness is the place to go! I’ve been going to Fortitude for about 3 years now and it’s become a second home. The trainers make you feel welcomed which can be one of the biggest hurdles of getting into a routine of working out. I see my trainer twice a week and he always makes sure to check in on my progress. I can’t express enough how much I love this gym and how everyone needs to give it a shot!
