Experiencia fantástica: Ironwood CrossFit & Fitness (ICF) has been a part of my life for about 8.5 years. People of all ages, sizes and abilities workout here. DO NOT let the name intimidate you. ICF trains active working adults, stay-at-home moms, pregnant women, grandparents, high school students, college students, kids, athletes and retired athletes. ICF has been such a positive influence on my family. My teenage daughter chose to get certified as a coach. ICF is a wonderful community, where you’ll make great friends and connections with. Give it a try!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym for many reasons. I will start with the people, Tracy the owner and my coach has helped me build total body strength as a CrossFit novice. I appreciate her awareness of my fitness abilities and weaknesses. The support from other members is unmatched to any other gym. Ironwood CrossFit is clean, well equipped, and is adaptable for a novice or advanced member. I give it 5 gold stars.

Don’t let CrossFit’s elite athlete and injury prone reputation keep you away. I’ve done CrossFit for 8+ years and this gym is on point. At Ironwood the coaches will teach you the movements, scale workouts to your fitness level, and push you to get better. The best part is the people and the programming. All you have to do is keep showing up and you’ll improve! Give it a shot!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I joined the “Dawn Patrol” or 0500 class at Ironwood a few months ago. We are both experienced CrossFitters and recently relocated to North Phoenix. We were welcomed very warmly by Coach Tracy and many members of the class. Ironwood has a very fun and competitive gym culture. It has been good for me and my overall fitness. If you are considering CrossFit I would encourage you to come out and try it.

Experiencia fantástica: A friend invited me to come to CrossFit several times and I declined over and over again because I had a preconceived perception that CrossFit was only for the fit To end a relentless pursuit, I gave in and tried my first class. It was the hardest thing I have ever done physically. Then mentally I had to overcome my own thoughts that I was weak and not strong or fit enough to do CrossFit. However, Coaches at ICF work with all members at their own level of fitness to make sure they become fit!

Experiencia fantástica: Ironwood CrossFit has become a second family for me. The owner Tracy is extremely knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition and will hold you accountable towards your goals. She creates a fun environment so it doesn’t feel like work as you are getting fit. She has her program tailored to meet her clients at their needs. Injured, old, young, scared you have a place at our gym. So thankful I found this place I would ask anyone to join!

Experiencia fantástica: Love Ironwood Crossfit ! When I had an injury they modified all the workouts so I could continue working out. I travel frequently and Coach and owner Tracy always welcomes me back and works with me on my membership rates . The members are friendly and encouraging!
