Experiencia fantástica: As a newcomer to the gym, I have felt very comfortable and welcome at JHHF. The staff are friendly and helpful and the facilities are clean with lots of options for different exercise machines, weights, cardio, and stretching. Overall, I have had a positive experience with Jackson Hole Health and Fitness and would recommend this gym.

Experiencia positiva: It's a well equipped gym, smells a bit funny in there though. And 20$ for a day pass is just way too much, but they are the only gym around so they make use of it.

Experiencia fantástica: very spacious I love a very healthy room, it has a sauna room, Zumba and cardio classes, it lacks some machines but it is a complete gym. you don't ask for anything.

Experiencia fantástica: Clean place with friendly staff. If you're in town and want to get a workout in this place is great. They have everything you need from a yoga studio, cardio equipment to free weights. I'll be back for sure and definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: For locals, I think this gym has the right equipment to live a healthy lifestyle. I can always get a good workout without the issue of waiting for space to open up, but there have been days where I couldn't get on the treadmill, or the squat rack was occupied, etc., but there are plenty other pieces of equipment or exercises that can always serve as an alternative for me. I will say that it is a bummer that there is only one power rack, one Smith machine, and one bench press for those who love working on the big lifts, so if you come around popular hours between 5-7 pm, you may be waiting! Again, I think there is enough of a variety that you can make it work. Anyway, I love that they serve coffee (pre-workout!) and they offer a decent whey protein when you forget yours at home for about $2. They have a convenient key holder for those that come straight to the gymand don't want to carry stuff around, but there are lockers (you will need your own lock). A charging station closer to the windows with a variety of plug ins. Classes are diverse and vary in intensity, and there is a smaller area for those who need room for more involved workouts when the studio is occupied with a class. And most dreadful part is the membership is 69/month, and the day pass is $15. Expensive, I know, but what isn't in Jackson? Edit (03/17/2020): since I've joined, they have made several great additions, and prices stayed the same. Front desk staff has lots of turnover, but they are generally friendly. I've gotten stronger over the years and have implemented several training cycles that require some movements that certain members and staff will not be a fan of you performing. It's more like a Planet Fitness, but has one or two staff members that let you get away with deadlifting 500+ lbs without Barb cluckin' over by the elliptical. Regardless, I've always loved training here and the locals have always been friendly with me and the occasional tourist(s).

Experiencia fantástica: JH Health and Fitness is a fantastic gym and very affordable. The staff are super knowledgably and super welcoming. Out of all of the gyms I have tried in Jackson and on the Westbank JH Health and Fitness has by far the cleanest, and most up to date equipment. The environment is mostly locals, which is great! The owner Chuck has been helpful with answering questions and is always around making sure everything is going smoothly. JH Health and Fitness is a well run and great gym to become a member at! Highly recommend.

Experiencia positiva: Perfect equipment setup for most weight training, plenty of cardio machines, early mornings no wait times. Bathrooms have showers and steam rooms. Only reason I can’t give 5 stars would be the hours. Other than that, awesome gym.

Experiencia positiva: I've been a member since February 2020 and have a gym membership in a different city also. My first gym is a large chain and is great, what I can tell you about Jackson Hole health and fitness is that even though it's a smaller gym its got everything you'll need to get a great workout, the equipment is in great shape and kept in great working condition, the staff is amazing, they are always very helpful and nice. I would recommend this gym to all my friends

Experiencia fantástica: Great local gym. Full free weight area and Great cardio section. Core and fitness room in the back, spin bikes available with Erg rower. Day passes available for travelers, full locker room with showers and the provide shower towels. Perfect find!

Experiencia fantástica: Stayed in Jackson for the week, this was a great place to work out during my stay. Daily passes were reasonably priced, it’s a well-kept facility with a great selection of equipment for its size, and staff is very accommodating, overall a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Gym equipment is well taken care of. The variety is decent for the personnel who use it. Staff and owner is great and extremely helpful. If visiting or thinking about getting a membership, try this gym out first.

Experiencia fantástica: This is one of the best gym I’ve ever been to. The equipment is incredibly nice and in prestine condition. I was able to do everything I wanted to do and more. Was visiting on vacation but would 100% recommend. Worth a 15$ day pass
