Experiencia fantástica: I started back in February, just needing something to get me exercising regularly again. Its only just now been a month and I feel like i have a new family supporting me in taking good care of my body. 10/10 recommend you come and see what you can get out of it.

Experiencia fantástica: The atmosphere at this gym is great! We've dropped in a couple of times and its always a great workout. The coaches are super knowledgeable and they practice what they preach. Update: their new facility in Joplin is easily the best gym in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Banks chiropractic is the best! I see him every other week for an adjustment and a big smile and it is always amazing!!! Plus we usually have a good laugh and talk personal and business growth!!! Love it!

If you want to get ripped this is the place; if you just want to be active this is the place; if you want to get active, lose weight, and have amazing friends to help you get there this is the place for you! This community has always encouraged and accept me and my children. I would gladly tell anyone and everyone how amazing this place is. I love it and love the people!

Experiencia fantástica: I go here very frequently. Coaches are very knowledgeable, welcoming, and encouraging. I've learned a lot and have made a lot of progress in my overall physical health since joining roughly over a year ago. Fellow members are also fantastic. They all feel like family if you stick around long enough.
