Dr Allyson has followed suit with regard to her knowledge base and professionalism. True to form, Dr Allyson was thorough with her evaluation, engaged when listening and she provided education and techniques that were easily understandable. Dr Allyson provided a non surgical holistic approach for my body mechanics, strength and flexibility that will assist my function if I do my homework. The owners and staff of Mindset are dedicated to treating a whole person, not just the physical anomaly. My recommendation for holistic care is 5 star for Mindset. Thank you Dr Allyson

Many of them claim to offer individualized therapy, but actually just take you through a cookie-cutter routine over an endless series of visits and charge your insurance a lot of money. Dr. Ellen Hector is NOT that. She is absolutely remarkable, with a profound understanding of anatomy and physiology that informs her highly effective, truly individualized approach. She also is completely honest about what the therapy can and cannot do. If you are serious about improving your condition, don't go to anyone else.

I can’t even begin to express my gratitude. I have bouts with vertigo and she consistently jumps into action to help me and get me back to normal. When I have these vertigo flare ups, I email her and she answers me very quickly and gets me in to see her, often later in the evening when I know she should be home with her family. She treats me until she knows I am well and supports keeping me well. I know I am blessed to know her and have Mindset PT to help me.

Experiencia fantástica: The Mindset Gym and Physical Therapy Center is beautiful and the welcome by Amanda was genuinely warm. Dr. Ellen Hector is thoughtful, compassionate, keenly observant and a deep listener, which is so important for people like me dealing with chronic pain resulting from several injuries. Her evaluation made a lot of sense and the first phase of the program she created yielded immediate results. I am looking forward to the progress I know I'm going to make as I continue to follow her guidance and do the exercises she prescribes. This is an update on 11/29/22: Just had to share the good news -- I was returning home from grocery shopping today and one of my bags got caught in the screen door just as my foot got tangled in the rug on the step (I know --that rug has to go!). It was magical--within a second my body reflexively righted itself without thought or injury! It was astonishing to experience! I can only attribute it to the work I did with Dr. Ellen Hector and the exercises she prescribed for me and I continue to do. I've had a few too many falls and car accidents, so to have my body correct itself to avert a potentially catastrophic injury is a gift beyond measure. In addition to being an exceptional physical therapist, Dr. Hector is thoughtful, compassionate and she makes the hard works fun! I'm very grateful for the opportunity to work with her and highly recommend her services. Ten stars for sure!
