Experiencia fantástica: This gym is small but has everything you would want or need for a full fitness routine. It also boasts a large area for martial arts, boxing, multiple heavy bag stations, classes included with the nominal $25 a month fee, no initiation or membership fee, month-to-month/no contract, and changing rooms with showers. There is always plenty of parking and convenient hours for most workout schedules. It’s not the best if you’re working out late at night though. If you’re in to total fitness and adding some martial arts or boxing to your repertoire, this is by far the best gym in a 30 mile radius.

Experiencia fantástica: I just started my membership here, and loving it. The workout area is clean, with a clear emphasis on keeping covid out. The owner is clearly involved and cares about the gym and members. Regular classes through the week are a plus! Looking forward to alot of workouts here!

They care about every single person that attends the gym and constantly are improving upon the space so all of us have everything we need. The environment is great and I recommend everyone to at least give it a try

Experiencia fantástica: Love this gym. I am a gym rat and I belong to all the gyms in the southern Maryland area, and DC (and even the one in Prince Frederick). This is the one I come to, especially post lockdown. The gym is never packed. It has all the equipment I need. They (seem to have) kept all the staff post lockdown !! ♥️ They even offered virtual exercises classes during the lockdown. Their staff constantly sanitize and clean all the equipment and floor. I do feel very safe and comfortable coming in here. Thanks so much !

Experiencia fantástica: We've been taking my son to their little dragons class for a few months. Its really allowed him to focus and listen better. He has a long way to go, but the instructors are great with the kids and I see steady improvement with all those attending. They teach the basics of marital arts while allowing them to have fun. Classes for his age (4) is only 30 min which is perfect for a toddler's attention span. I love that we can sit with his younger sibling and watch what he's being taught. Uniforms are affordable and good quality. They hold up well to washing. We opted for a year contract which allows the largest course discount and I feel is very affordable considering he gets 3 days of classes weekly. They allowed us a full week of classes free of charge before we signed up to ensure he was placed into the right class and we were sure we wanted the membership.
