Experiencia fantástica: I really wanted to get back into some hip hop or ballet, but got more than I bargained for! I bought the 1-month unlimited pass and have tried almost all of the classes. The pole classes have been an amazing arm workout for someone that had very little upper-body strength and Level 1 is super beginner-friendly for anyone afraid to try. All of the instructors are super chill people, would recommend.

Exercise can be boring and scary(especially if you're just starting out) but at Sassy it's always a fun and a non judgemental environment to flourish. There are a range of classes available as well: Pole, Pilates, Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, and even different workshops with well known artists! The instructors are FANTASTIC and encourage you at any level. STOP BY AND PLAY!❤
