Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to body evolution for a while now and I am ADDICTED!! It truly is my favorite workout place. I’ve been to many workout places and body evolution is hands down the best and my favorite. I highly recommend to come try it out. All the instructors are AMAZING! I have reached goals with my health ever since coming here!

Experiencia fantástica: The workouts at Body Evolution are absolutely the most effective workouts that I’ve ever done. I leave the studio feeling energized and stronger than when I walked in. The instructors are all very positive and motivating and will correct your form or give you a modification if you need it. I can’t say enough great things about this place.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is fabulous! Every class is different, so I don’t get bored, and the 50 minutes fly by. Cardio on Tuesdays and Thursdays is killer and leaves me “good” sore for days, and the reformer only classes are always a challenge. The music is upbeat and motivating, and everyone who works at the studio is warm and welcoming. I started taking these classes when I was pretty out of shape, but because most exercises can be modified to work for anyone at any level, I was able to participate without too much of a struggle. Now that I have built up more endurance and built a little more muscle, I can challenge myself by using heavier weights or stronger springs. Can’t say enough about how much I enjoy this studio.
