The staff is amazing! You feel like family at this place. We always have a great time. Come try it out if you're thinking about fitness. You'll be glad you did!

Experiencia fantástica: Been a member for a few years. Come usually 5 days a week. Equipment is clean and works. There is quite a variety of exercise to choose from. Everyone, staff and members, is friendly. I want to shoot the radio ???? on occasion..other than that I could almost live here.

Experiencia fantástica: I am very grateful to them because they brought me back as a human being since I was down and depressed after losing a love one and my blood pressure was running high because of the emotional problems and I realized that I needed to get out and do something and they turned to be my best choice and I have found beautiful people and friends after I joined them. I believe everyone that has joined the gym feels the same way. We are a family to each other, even though we don’t know each other because we have a common goal feel better and be in better shape to live longer. Thank you all! We have an excellent team now with Leanna, Sam, Kyanna, Cody for silver sneakers class and Katey as our yoga perfect class instructor. It’s very hard to beat what we have.and we have grown together as a good group to keep improving and support each other. Thank you all!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Couldn't ask for a better place to work out. Friendly, helpful staff. The right equipment for us. Will be happy when we can go more, like we did for years. We started out going right after they opened, had to slow down for the last two and a half years, because of health problems etc. Have started going back, & hope to continue.

Experiencia fantástica: Tony is a fantastic trainer. He really helps you sculpt your body by strengthening your muscles using both isometric and isotonic exercises. He also challenges and motivates you to continually improve. Darian does an excellent job keeping the facility clean and equipment working in great order. She is an excellent people person.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym I’ve ever been to. I look forward to going to the gym everyday. The employees are all great! Leah is the best trainer I’ve ever had. She works you super hard and does her best to keep you involved with your programs. The employees at the gym do a great job of keeping their members involved and they do a great a job of keeping the gym very clean!

Experiencia fantástica: The best gym experience you could ask for! The coaches and staff are awesome. They go above and beyond to make you feel like apart of the AF family. I've been to many gyms and this by far is the most versatile, clean, and well maintained one I've ever been to. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to better themselves while breaking a sweat while being around a friendly environment.

Experiencia fantástica: One of my favorite spots! The staff is TOTALLY awesome ( Jacob and Patrick). Jacob instructs the Silver Sneakers group. He's very good working with the seniors! Jacob has been our(myself and my husband)personal trainer. He's really knowledgeable about the equipment. He showed is various ways to use different machines. It's a good place to meet new people and get involved in exercises(always good for you)!
