Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this place!! So happy they opened here in Lake Mary! Such a different experience working out inside an infrared sauna. It's amazing I am able to burn so many more calories because of the sauna . It's very relaxing as well and I feel so relaxed and in such a good mood when I finish. Mary and her employees are always very nice and helpful as well. Great customer service and such a clean & pleasant place. If you haven't tried a workout here yet I would definitely try it out.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Experiencia fantástica: I had been looking for a gym that fit my life and needs and had no luck until I tried HotWorx. I signed up the same day. It’s the perfect gym for moms!!! More workout for less the time, security, great staff, 24hours, and a variety of classes to enjoy. This is the “you have no more excuses” gym. Love it!

Experiencia fantástica: Never in my life have I ever loved my fitness journey as much as I do now, thanks to HOTWORX. This place has changed my life. I went from the gym, to CrossFit, to Pilates and none of these places worked for me. Once I tried HOTWORX I immediately fell in love and now I’m addicted! I look forward to my workouts as before I would dread going to a workout and would end up giving up thinking that working out was not for me. I hated quitting on myself but now that HOTWORX is in my life, I feel like a warrior and feel amazing! The staff is amazing as well which makes it even better!

Experiencia fantástica: I love love love HOTWORX Lake Mary! The owner, Mary, and her staff Jessica, Tatiana, and Crystal (I think) are all amazing, friendly, and truly care about your well-being. I never ever feel judged going into or out of the studio. The workouts are awesome! It’s a no pressure, go at your own pace kind of workout. I’m not a gym kind of gal but I can tell you HOTWORX is my jam 1000%

The staff is awesome and they are open 24/7, which makes it perfect for anyones schedule. If you want a great place to workout and feel amazing afterwards give HOTWORX a shot.
