Experiencia fantástica: Before becoming a new customer of iN8 Fitness, I had never worked with a personal trainer before and didn't know what to expect. So I was completely blown away by the personal attention of Rich and the fitness program; not only does Rich do an in-depth analysis of each new client, he also tracks their weekly diet, physical stats, as well as the progress made at each workout session. No two people are treated the same — each person gets a different assessment, different exercises, different diet, and different goals. He walked me through each exercise, letting me know where I was not performing the exercise correctly and watching my muscles for weaknesses. I was so surprised to find out I had been doing certain exercises wrong (but then again, how and when are we ever taught to do them correctly?) He also told me he could tell by the way I did each workout which of my muscles were weak, strong, or needed extra stretching - that kind of personal attention is incredible!! And not only does Rich work with the iN8 Fitness program, he also helps those who are going through physical rehabilitation to do appropriate stretches and workouts to help expedite their healing process. I'm extremely confident that at the end of my 8 weeks I'll be able to keep my current diet and continue doing exercises correctly, staying healthy and keeping fit — I can't wait to go back for my next workout!!

Experiencia fantástica: I was in an automobile rear end accident mid December 2018 and was referred to Lake Mary Chiropractic and iN8 Fitness. In the beginning, I was just went because it was something the insurance company required, but soon looked forward to my bi weekly appointments. From Ashley who has this amazing way of making you feel like she's genuinely glad to see you every time you walk into the door to Dr. Sam and Dr. Kim who actually listen when your getting an adjustment , to Elizabeth aka Yoda who gives an incredible massage to Stephanie "the punisher" who is one of the most amazing personal trainers I have met! She will push you to be your best but tailors your exercises according to your limitations and always takes "I can't or not today " in stride. The personal attention is what gives this group a rating of a perfect 10!!

My daughter and I have been in exercise/physical therapy and stretch therapy after being involved in a car accident and find the team to be genuinely concerned about our well being. The trainers and therapists are gentle, personable and it's obvious they're vested in making us whole again and are extremely considerate of our needs during the healing process. You will not be disappointed with the quality of care at iN8 Fitness!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Sandie Mesnekoff Hendrix is literally a life savior. Around this time last year I was in the worst pain ever from an accident. I had tried everything, chiropractor, acupuncture, massage, medications and, injections. I was scheduled for lumbar surgery on 1/6/16. I got a groupon for a massage at Lake Mary Chiropractic, which was fabulous. As I walked passed In8 fitness I peeked in. I began training with Sandie. She helped me change my way of thinking and working out. She has helped me strengthen my core through Pilates and been a great friend this past year. I am so thankful I met her and am no longer in need of surgery. She literally changed my life!

Experiencia fantástica: I honestly cannot say enough awesome things about Traci. I am completely new to pilates. I really had no idea what it was but assumed it was for those that were already fit and trim I am neither of these, yet. However, I figured I gotta start some where and the description this studio offered included incorporating training to help with injuries. I have issues with my knees as well as a partially torn rotator cuff. I am just finishing my first package of 10 sessions with Traci and I purchased the second session as a christmas gift to myself. Traci has managed to improve my daily life 100% with her training. I so much more aware of my posture, alignment and just how I carry myself. Thank you in8fitness and especially, Traci! Best purchase of 2016!

Experiencia fantástica: Sandi has given me exercises to keep my balance good and strengthen my core so I can lift, pull, maneuver my mother who is 108 (almost). Before I started these, I was constantly straining something requiring a visit to Dr. Paul Toma for a chiropractic adjustment. Those visits have lessened considerably qand my balance is so much better. Live this lady and her knowledge.
