Experiencia fantástica: I have been on a wait list for major surgery for my hips for over a year. I needed to keep as much muscle and strength and was looking for some way I could still work on my lower body. Cem and his facility have been a life saver. His gym/equipment is top of the line and exactly what I needed ( my facility does not have any machines ) CEm not only has a fun, upbeat and friendly personality, he also know what’s he’s doing. I’ve been in the industry 25 years, and it’s apparent when a fitness professional knows their craft.
