Free State Ride Cycling Experience

Experiencia fantástica: FSR offers virtual and also live spin classes! I had never been to a spin class and decided to go one evening.. it is definitely a great workout and kicked my butt. I was definitely feeling it for the next couple of days! I like how you can alter what you do to (such as I have terrible ankles and so no judgement from anyone in the class if you have to sit for a second instead of standing up). Just do what your body allows you to do and HAVE FUN!

Experiencia fantástica: The heat outside makes this a great place to be. Tried the cycling class had a lot of fun. It was an intense workout in a short amount of time. The instructors are great very helpful in being a newbie setup. Great music and videos to watch as you are working along.

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE Free State Ride! It is co-ed, and located within Body Boutique, which I also love. The instructors are awesome! Currently, due to the pandemic we are all wearing masks and cleaning before and after workouts, so it is very safe! The facilities are new and really nice. There is also the option of "virtual" spinning classes, which means the Les Mills On Demand series is piped in. This gives tons of options and flexibility. I am beyond thankful for Free State Ride!

Experiencia fantástica: I never thought I was a spin-type person but I really like the 30 minute classes. But just because they are 30 minutes, don't think you don't get an awesome workout! I'm exhausted by the end!
