Experiencia fantástica: Did a drop in for two days, and really felt welcome. Great facility, and really good coaches. Great size sessions with a good mix of folks from just starting to experienced CrossFit athletes.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym with lots of equipment that most other CF gyms don't have. There are several CF gyms that are closer to me but the drive is worth it! Great coaches, space, and members.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in town for the holidays, but couldn't let the holiday diet get the best of me so I found Crossfit Kemah. The box has a similar set up to a lot of other CF gyms I've been to, but the friendliness of the coaches and athletes is second to none! I like my gym back home, but I'll be honest, we're not as friendly to newcomers as Kemah was to me. I was immediately incorporated into the class and was giving hugs to people before I left my first visit. Phenomenal experience and I'll definitely be back!

I am stronger, healthier and happier than I ever have been. This group of professionals at CrossFit Kemah are dedicated to motivate, encourage and improve the lives of all of us at every workout. We each get personal attention throughout the workout to help us improve our movements. It works!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym. Trainers are helpful and knowledgeable. Provide two "beginner classes" to help you get comfortable with some of the major exercises found in crossfit. Overall really good experience. Worth checking out if you're looking for a crossfit gym in the area.
