Experiencia fantástica: Elevate Fitness has made such a positive impact on my life not just physically, but mentally as well! I've never been athletic in my life and gyms have always scared me a little. Coach Cody and Carolyn have helped me understand you don't start at the top and shown me how to scale all my workouts to my current level. I always leave feeling happy and energized for my day! They've helped me set achievable goals not only in gym but outside as well. Sometimes it's nutritional (drinking more water or eat more protein) and sometimes it's changing a habit like less screen time before bed to help my sleep. Coach Cody and Carolyn aren't the only thing that keeps me coming back, it's the community they've grown. I've made some great friendships since I've been at Elevate and we always have a good time wether it's durning a workout or a community event!

The coaches are all amazing and their passion for fitness is very apparent. Additionally, the community support is the best that I have ever experienced! Experiencia fantástica: Elevate is special. I've been a fitness enthusiast for decades and I've never been part of such a great community. From the coaches to the members everyone is positive and motivating. Each coach is constantly learning, educating themselves, and checking on our technique to prevent injuries. Coaches are mindful of injuries and help modify the workouts. As someone with a laundry list of dance injuries it's super helpful. Yes, it's more expensive than other gyms but here you get what you pay for and then some. I love that Dr. Cody lets me pick his brain for whatever injury is bothering me that day. Caroline's awesome and always available to answer my questions. Coach Mighty and Coach Ryan are both incredible coaches, always there to push and motivate you. I also like that they keep me accountable with check in's. If you're looking for a positive workout environment this is your place! Definitely check it out!

Experiencia fantástica: Coach Cody and Kai are so intentional with each person that comes to workout. We all have our different goals and they really guide us in the workout to feel powerful! For example today was my first day back from vacation and I felt so blah- but after todays workout I feel so motivated in what I accomplished in my class!

Experiencia fantástica: I've done crossfit on and off since 2019, always in larger classes though. I was never confident in my form/technique and was surrounded by co-workers that said if I went to crossfit I'd get injured. I took a break during the pandemic and gained some weight... decided it was time to join another gym and hoped to find one closer to my house. I came across Elevate Fitness and am SO GLAD I did! After one Saturday community workout I was hooked. Learning that Cody was a physical therapist was icing on top. It really gave me the support I needed to be confident in lifting weights with the correct form! He's so knowledgeable and kind in the way he provides feedback. I've never felt judged by my size or lack of cardio. There is always a way to modify the workout to help you do your best! Kai is the best motivator and cheerleader! The workouts are fun and effective, the staff are knowledgeable and encouraging, and the community is so supportive and kind. Experiencia fantástica: Its been over 2 months for me and my wife. Coach Cody and his team are very friendly and passionate about fitness. Activity for every class is designed to be unique with different strength and cardio movements ensuring full body workout. I didn't do much of upper body training with my home workouts earlier and now I can see the difference after joining elevate fitness. If you are not able to do a particular movement, they always suggest modification to suit your skill level. Members in the class encourage and motivate each other. Highly recommend elevate fitness to all.

Experiencia fantástica: I can genuinely say that Elevate Fitness has changed my life. I always thought I hated exercising and going to the gym seemed very intimidating to me. However, after having kids, I realized I had to take care of my self. I was at my worst shape, physically and emotionally. One day, I saw an ad about Elevate and, after reading their reviews, I decided to give them a try. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made! At the beginning, I just wanted to loose weight, but after a few workouts, I found my self really enjoying exercising my body. For the first time, I wasn’t working out only because of my fitness goals, I was genuinely appreciating the journey. The gym is super welcoming, there is a kids area, the coaches are caring and are always there to help you and cheer you no matter your fitness level, the workouts are fun and challenging, what else I could ask for? It is not only a gym, it’s a community where we empower each other to become the best version of ourselves. I cannot recommend Elevate Fitness enough!

Most importantly the people that come here are very supportive so there is always a relaxed non judgemental environment to workout at your own pace. One of the coaches is a physical therapist, so the supervision of the movements is to help you get more/better mobility.

Experiencia fantástica: I never leave reviews, but Elevate deserves it. It's difficult to find a gym that checks all the boxes- inclusive, positive, friendly, clean, and with coaches who are knowledgeable and invested in your success. I think it's easy to coach a group of naturally athletic 20 yr olds, but it takes quite a bit more to effectively lead a mixed bag that may include everything from total newbies to seasoned athletes, young to elderly, pregnant to postpartum, scrawny to obese, self doubting to over-confident, injured to healthy, etc. Coaches Cody and Kai welcome all, and design great workouts that allow you to work at your level. And they make sure you do it right. Come here to become a better, healthier version of yourself, with the only competition being whoever you were yesterday.

I was shopping around for a new gym to get rid of some of my leftover covid weight, and felt so comfortable yet challenged with Coach Kai and Coach Cody. They truly listened to me, and worked really hard with me towards my goals. I’m seeing a lot of progress with the team here and can’t wait to hit my goals. Experiencia fantástica: The name says it all: Elevate Functional Fitness. I'm 64 now, and just discovered CrossFit. I went through a major life change in 2020 when my wife of almost 46 years passed away. I had taken care of her for so long, and now it was time to look after myself. I wasn't getting any younger, and working at a desk for the last 25 years had taken it's toll on my fitness. I began walking and riding my bike, lost 40 pounds, and thought what's next? Having heard of CrossFit, I found a local gym and went for a community workout. It was hard, and it was great, but something was missing. I then found Elevate. My first workout there was terrific, and the coaches were very attentive to my needs. I immediately felt a part of something. Cody and Kai are meticulous with technique, and are great motivators. The gains in strength and stamina I have made are incredible, I feel great, and I have gained a new family that provides incredible support in my fitness, nutrition and overall well-being. I am definitely a more functional being. They say you are only as old as you feel, and I feel like a kid again thanks to Elevate Functional Fitness.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently took my first class with coach Kai and I have to admit, I was nervous at first! I love group fitness but am not used to a more strength intensive workout. It was SUCH a great experience! The workouts are challenging but manageable and I felt so strong by the end of the class! The environment is up beat and the other members are so friendly! There’s a good diversity of people there which is awesome! Will be back!

I needed to be a part of a community gym that had functional workouts, uplifting, positive vibes & caring atmosphere. Coach Cody (Dr of Physical Therapy) & Coach Carolyn not only teach classes, but educate on nutrition & give members the extra push that most often is needed. Coach Carolyn is AWESOME with nutrition & I have made so much progress since joining in December. Having to deal with previous injuries, I love the fact that Dr Coach Cody gives his knowledge on corrective exercies & prevention so that we all can be our best self. They are a great team & I'm thankful to have found this great gym!

I had loved the group aspect of those types of workouts, though I had never made friendships or a community there. Fast forward a few months ago to when I found elevate, and I have everything I didn’t know I needed or wanted from a gym. Kai and Cody are the best coaches! They make sure that you’re maintaining proper form to make sure you get the best out of your workout injury-free. They’re also the best people though; they’ve created a wonderful community of people. We’re all here to grow in and out of the gym, and we’re constantly cheering each other on. Anyway, if you want do a killer workout alongside awesome people, this is the place for you.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I love this place. We have been 3 months and the change we have seen in our physical condition is incredible. We are a community, we help and support each other. Cody and Carolyn, our coaches, are truly AMAZING. I love knowing that I am in a place where they teach me to do each of the exercises with the correct posture, avoiding future injuries. They challenge me to give my best. My husband used to suffer from back pain. Since we started at Elevate, Cody has helped him get stronger, modified his exercises and not only does he no longer experience back pain, he can also go on long family walks and hikes. I love this place and I am very happy to be part of this great team.
